Hello I live in the neighborhood and I started attending warm yoga about 4 weeks ago.After a car accident a few months ago,worked with a wonderful local chiropractor and hIs team for many weeks,did wonders for my body.After being released I needed more .was still having pain in my legs,back,tightness in shoulders and I talked with Glenda.She encouraged me to come check out the class. Since coming here, I notice the feeling of peace in myself and in the time with me,I am now knowing what my body needs,I can sense the stretches I need more of and I tell you,I am amazed at the difference in just a few weeks.I love this class,the instructors here take time with you and allow you to grow.I will continue to come,I feel stronger and more relaxed in my skin.So thankful.

First experience and LOVED it! I have only done basic yoga in a non traditional environment. This was my fIrst time in a studio. First time doing hot yoga. I couldnt do all the poses and it will take a long time to get there but Bua was encouraging and didnt make me feel like I stuck out in the class. The other staff were so polite and kind. I cant wait to try more classes and get stronger everyday!

I have been going to this studio for months and I am truly blessed to have discovered this place. The instructors there are warm, friendly, and very knowledgeable. Marie at the front desk is very welcoming and a pleasant smile the moment you walk in. I initiaiallly tried the studio out through Groupon and was hooked ever since due to the variations of classes offered and the staff.

Though Lakewood Holistic Yoga & Wellness is not the first hot yoga place Ive been too, it is the first one that I attended that the instructors were very attentive to each individual and helped me get through some of the poses with modifications due to a knee injury that I had. I definitely recommend Lakewood Holistic Yoga & Wellness.

I love this studio! My spouse and I have been coming here for 1.5 years. I have been to just about every class and I love them all. The instructors are all so personable and knowledgeable, its truly a joy to have them lead your practice. The studio is clean and the class sizes arent too large. Awesome studio.
