Like most of us, I am busy with life. Trying to balance a new family, a growing career and a personal life, often leaves little time for exercise. I joined Club One because I wanted to make a change. I wanted to ensure that I would be able to actively participate in my childrens lives and I had suffered past injuries that made this more and more difficult to do. I spoke with my doctor and he suggested that I try to lose weight and created a plan for me to follow in order to strengthen the areas I was weak in. I am pretty modest. I like my privacy and was intimidated by the thought of joining a "gym." Club One was close to my home and my work, so I decided one day to walk in and see what was involved. Mark Slaughter greeted me with a friendly smile the second I walked in the door. He listened to my unique situation and needs, versus talking up the gym. He showed me programs that the gym offered related to these needs. I felt invited, not intimidated. Now I love it. The people are friendly and everyone has such a positive attitude toward getting healthy. The employees understand that we are all different and need different methods of motivation. Now I go almost every day on my lunch break. The gym is diverse and extremely CLEAN. Club One has a very relaxing and motivating atmosphere. Its not just a gym. They offer so many great services and programs in addition to top of the line fitness equipment. I am starting to notice positive changes inside and out. I am so glad I joined. I hope you will be too!

Weve all seen health clubs in the past. They have basic stuff like locker rooms, fitness equipment, on-staff trainers...and sometimes even a pool. I used to work at the NIKE world HQ in Beaverton, Oregon and always thought that was the nicest fitness center I had been to. We just joined Club ONE a few weeks ago and are really impressed with the facility. It has everything youd expect a fitness center would have, but they over deliver with surprise and delights around every corner. Of course all the basic stuff is good. The fitness equipment is plentiful—theyve got what you need. But the on site spa, self locking lockers (love these), and the palm tree-lined swimming pool (with a frickin water park!) feels more like a resort than a health club. Really impressed with this place. Well worth the money.

So, for essentially a 2 week membership, I was out $600. I joined the gym in mid-November, and two weeks later, we needed to move across the country. I was told by one person that was all Id be out was my $200 initiation fee, $100 for half of November and $150 for December. They still charged me for January!!! Then, I was told because I didnt give them a 30-day notice, theyd be keeping ALL MY MONEY.

Fantastic gym. The equipment is great, and there are clear directions of where to start - and there are many of each machine. The iTrim weight circuit makes strength training really easy and simple. Slightly separate room for yoga and stretching. Pool! With a slide. I cant wait until summer when the hours are longer again. And the staff are all very pleasant and helpful.

This is about as close to perfect as you will find in a smaller town health club. Wonderful staff, super clean, comprehensive facility and services. If you are looking for cheap this is not it. That notwithstanding I think that in total it represents an exceptionally good value.

The club is great. We joined, some 4 years ago, because it was so clean and they had a great child care. Now, the locker rooms are filthy, steam room is moldy as is the hot tub. After St Josephs medical purchased them, they have gone down hill.

It is expensive; however, it has an awesome facility and staff. They have been more than accomodating with me, especially with my last minute military recalls. Highly recommended.

Wonderful club for Petaluma. They have everything you could want to use. The POOL is amazing! The locker rooms are super clean and the staff is great.
