About two months ago, I decided it was time for a new look. Id heard some great things about Ross Michaels Salon, so I figured Id give it a try. From start to finish, the experience was fabulous! The salon itself has a very sleek, modern feel. The staff was very professional and friendly, taking the time to make sure they created the look I wanted. I received the most beautiful honey and golden-blonde highlights. Id been to other salons in the city and paid big bucks to get only a brassy look, with which I was dissatisfied. In contrast, Ross Michaels was able to give me the exact color I wanted. In terms of the cut, they gave me an excellent, updated style. They showed great attention to detail and made sure the cut looked perfect. Later that day, I met up with some friends, who wanted to know where Id received such an amazing color and cut. Overall, I highly recommend Ross Michaels as a quality salon delivering both satisfaction and quality to their clients.

I have so much to say about my experience here! I had horrible grow out on my brassy blonde hair, I didnt wanna pay over 100 to get it looking good again, jaqui got me booked the day that I called and she knew exactly what I wanted without me having to tell her much, I ditched my brassy hair for a beautiful pearly, cool toned blonde. What I really loved is that the results I got didnt break the bank, and the products used didnt smell strong at all! So glad I found this place and I highly recommend jaqui to anyone!

Michael Ray & Kimberly are a talented creative team! I just got my hair cut & colored by the formerly from LA husband/wife combo Michael Ray & Kimberly. Amazing. I took in a picture from the movie Aeon Flux. Its a pretty unusual cut & had been deferred by several stylists before them. All had been nervous to attempt it. His cut was spot on & I gave her free rein on the color which turned out equally fantastic. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND THEM. I am told that he worked with Shear Genius runner up Janine from last season.

For starters the salon looks trendy and inviting. You can tell they take pride in their place of work by how clean and tidy they keep it. I have seen Jenn several times and I must say she does a fantastic job. I have received tons of complements on my hair and I feel fantastic every time I leave.
