This review is only for Jessica S. at Jet: I used to go to Jessica S. at Jet Salon for a while. In the begining she did an OK average job on my long hair, but towards the end her work and attitude were getting worse and worse with every visit. First, she was almost always late to start working on me, even though I always came in a few minutes prior to my scheduled in a advanced appointment. Once I came in and she was doing a friends makeup and taking her sweet time during MY appointment. After she was done she didnt even apologize for running late. She always behaved like she didnt care about my hair or even her job in general. Then last time when I went to her she completely ruined my color and cut -- I ended up with very yellow highlights and terrible uneven cut that was very visible to everyone (friends and relatives confirmed it looked awfully uneven). Not to mention that Jessica does not know how to texturize and thin thick hair (meaning when you have a lot of hair). I need to mention that my hair is super easy to highlight, it just reacts to the bleach very well, so its not rocket science to highlight it. Another thing -- highlights that Jessica gave me last few times were also very uneven, meaning that I had pieces that had a 2" grow-out and pieces that looked fresh. If I were to style my hair in anyway besides just wearing it down, those terrible dark roots were very visible. So in summary, considering how much Jessica charged me, I find the quality of her work to be simply insulting.

Tried to call them every day for the past 7 days to schedule an appointment. Every time, it went straight to their voicemail and they havent called me back at all. Pretty poor customer service in my opinion. Either that, or they are no longer operational. Either way, no reason to have their business. Dont waste your time and find another place to go to.

Jet Salon is professional and friendly. I would go to any one of their stylist. But Cindy No Ka Oe! (the best!) People think I am ten years younger than I am. I attribute this to Cindy keeping me looking fresh and fabulous.

Jet called forth a fun and sassy style out of my overgrown pixie cut. dont be fooled by the down to earth and casual atmosphere. They have some serious skill in this salon.
