I have never written a review before (good or bad) but feel compelled to do so now. I received the absolute worst haircut of my life from Kristi Wilder. She paid zero attention to pictures and ignored verbal cues. She did absolutely everything I told her I didnt want. To make matters worse, what she did do, she did very badly. Uneven, chopped and chunked and defies styling. I have never in my 60 plus years had a stylist cut my hair so poorly that it could not be styled. I had a consult at a reputable salon with a well-trained and talented stylist. She confirmed the poorly done cut and Kristis lack of attention to the pictures I had brought. It is going to take quite some time to get my hair looking decent again. Kristi needs to retire her scissors, razor and whatever other cutting tools she uses. She obviously has no talent for cutting hair. Anyone can be taught to cut hair, but not everyone has the talent and creative artistry to do so.

I had a great experience at this salon.... all of the girls are so nice and helpful I always get exactly what Im asking for with my cut and color and they have Great products like Ref and Lanza that you cant buy at Walmart or Safeway...You spend a lot of money on your hair you want it to last and look its best.. if you want a great experience book an appointment with Teri Blackmon she has done my hair for years.i wont go any where else

Worse experience ever. Went to get my hair done and after horrible looking highlights i went back the next day asking either to fix it or my money back. After the stylist attempted to fix it, she made it even worse. I could have done a better job myself.
