Two stars because the hair cut was great. However, I went in and asked to add more blonde and a brighter blonde to my hair for summer..my exact words, plus a picture of what blonde. She assured me that it would be blonde but was doing one brown foil to two blonde to blend in my roots. My hair ended up being most brown, all the pretty blond I had when I went there that I had paid plenty for is gone, the small strips of blonde she did are a dull blonde, not a brighter blonde for the summer. It is such a dirty blonde mix that at many glances my hair looks gray or like sand. I do not look anything like Im ready for summer. As she was blow drying it I had to do everything I could not to burst into tears as I knew I was about to pay over $100 for nothing at all as I asked for. Brighter blond turned into a brown , sandy blonde mix. Every time I look at if Im devastated. It looks even more tragic in a pony tail. No I did not speak up for myself because I do not like that kind of confrontation. So here it is online. She didnt do a bad job , just nothing I asked for and this hair color and style could not be less for my skin tone and personality. I cannot be more sad to have to suck up this hair until I can afford to get it fixed.

Decided it was time for a change, so I decided to call and get an appointment. Was able to come over and talk to the owner and the stylist on duty. With the fact that I picked bright colors they recommended another stylist who would be in after 1pm. I came back 1st one and worked with Rachel. She understood what I wanted and the results are amazing. I ended up going home and coming back so that my daughter could get her hair cut too. Very happy with the services and the cost. Look forward to coming back when I need my next hair style update.

I met Sarah back in 2002 at her old salon near St Petes hospital.She was always kind and took good care of my hair. My family and I moved out of WA 2 years ago, so its hard to find a hairdresser that you can trust. I miss going to her salon.

New Years Eve 2013, my regular hairdresser cancels on me I called them with 15 minutes left until they close the owner herself stayed behind to do my hair and she did an amazing job! I would definitely recommend them to any of you out there!

Ive been able to get in as a walk-in. Friendly, quick, quality haircuts. Ive been going there for several years and always had a good experience. Once they cut it a little shorter than I asked, but not a major problem.

I love getting my face waxed here but tryed twice getting a cut here and didnt like it both times. They did a good job with my daughters hair though. They do the best waxes in town so I come here for that.

Turned my hair orange then wanted to charge me $50 to fix it. The owner is rude and can barely speak English. Go somewhere else, anywhere else!
