Amazing variety of beauty supplies. Nice rewards program. Unfortunately, the hairstylist that did my "all over highlights" was either inexperienced or just got distracted because she not only did the exact same thing I told her not to do, she also left the bleach in way too long and within a week all of the streaks had broken off atleast 2-3". Since the highlights were all over my head I lost 2-3" of half of my hair so needless to say I have a much shorter haircut now. The manager I asked to speak to said "it looks just like you asked for. I think it looks good.". It was nothing like what I asked for and I was very clear about what I wanted, I even had the stylist repeat it back to me and she still did what I said specifically not to do. Needless to say I got no compensation of any kind, I still had to pay full price for the service and I didnt even get an apology. It also was very uncomfortable that their little salon is out in the open in the middle of this big store where everyone can stare at you with your hair looking all kinds of crazy. Some privacy curtains would show atleast some consideration for their customers.

The employees are so incredibly kind and helpful, and always have beautiful make-up! They have a lot of knowledge and will walk you to the aisle you need to go to. They know of the new things in the store they are supposed to tell you about, but they dont push you to buy anything. Its like hanging out with friends. The store layout is very easy to navigate and brightly lit. They have a lot of services available; skin, hair, and waxing. I have gotten my eyebrows done here twice and they are very warm, professional and use a cream based wax so it doesnt hurt. Then the fill in your eyebrows for you and put on foundation for the redness. I love it here!

Budgeting Beauty

I admit I was excited after waiting 8 months to return to this store for my YouTube Haul, they didnt have much in stock 5 employees never asked me did I need help. I admit I wasnt in uniform this time so expected to be ignored. Got to the counter and asked about their site promotions and the cashier was calm but some big lady yelled across the store rather rudely they dont do whats online... so I gladly left the 300.00 worth in the counter and while I spent more at sephora the extra money was worth it to feel like a person and a patron to the store. 3 strikes theyre out for me

First time ever going to Ulta Beauty and I had a wonderful experience. There are a lot of makeup professionals around to answer your questions, and give great recommendations. Because my birthday was just a few days ago I was even given a free gift which was very nice of them. I recommend this place for its friendly, and knowledgeable staff, as well as the amazing products they have.

I had a great experience .The stylists are very skilled.Brooks,specifically styled,cut,and colored my hair and she did AMAZING.This was the first time I let somebody touch my hair in a year and I was greatly satisfied .I will be coming back here!I highly suggest Ulta Beauty Salon!

Went in the other day looking for a good face mask for my skin and I had several employees walk past and not even say hello, then I had to actually search and stop someone to even kind of help. I love the selection but the employees do not make you feel welcome.
