I was travelling to Washington and blew a fuse on our stereo. I dont know anything about cars and Charles Robinson of Napa not only advised me, but came out and looked at our car, helped me find the fuse and replaced it for me. Otherwise I was facing a LONG drive home w/o any clock, cd player or phone charger or GPS!!! What an awesome guy. Thanks NAP and Mr. Robinson!

The current shopkeeper was extremely knowledgeable on our vehicle. We were looking for coolant for our car, the employee asked us a few simple questions. Year, make and model and he quickly directed us to the exact product we needed, even informing us the differences between the various products as well! Overall he was very knowledgable and helpful!
