I have always taken my vehicles to Firestone for all repairs. Last time when I went there to have my brake pads replaced, they quoted atleast $600. to do a calipher, rotor polish and pad replacement. Any idiot knows that you hardly replace a calipher of a 3 year new van. And the assistant that I dealt with by the name of Andy gave me this horror story of how thin (he actually said thickness of 2 paper sheets) my brake pads were and how they could damage many other components. This was a total lie. I am very disapointed with firestone.

I took the car for oil change and they told me that I had to get brakes done, surface the rotors and may have to change the caliper. They quoted me more than $500.I took the car to a different shop and he charged me 1 hr labor and cost of pads. Do not believe a word they say.

Manager was very helpful and on top of the alignment I needed. Made my reservation on line, and told them i would be waiting for the vehicle. They jumped right on it and got the work done in short order. I appreciated that.

They scewed up my alignment and made my check engine light come on and cleared it just so id leave dont know what they screwed up or what kind of place they are running my next stop is the bbb

Excellent fast service, however I felt like the mechanic that took my car in didnt really respect my car as my Average MPG dropped drastically when I received my car after it was serviced.
