Buddy Stringer

I went to this location with my dream car, they were very polite, but the work was terrible. All I had them do was drop my old gas tank to install a new one I had. 2 straps and some hoses. After the new tank not only could they not get my car running properly, but come to find out they left me with two visibly kinked fuel lines, and didnt tight the clamp to the filler nozzle. So I leaked gas all over the road for days while getting stranded twice till I figured it out.

I booked an appointment with them at round 10am and I was scheduled to take my car for oil change at 2pm. When I got there they told me they are fully booked but I told them I had booked an appointment at the same time I was there. They rejected my booking claiming that they had rejected my booking. So I decided to drive after one hour he sends an email of cancelling an appointment. This guy was pathetic aka know as Brock

We had a small coolant leak while headed south from Everett on I-5. Car was overheating a bit. I always think of Walts when I think of radiators and was glad we found their location in Edmonds. This is a nice little shop. JR, the manager, was super friendly. We ended up having a crack in our overflow bottle, which he helped patch so we could get back on the highway. Thanks for the prompt, expert service.

I didnt get a chance to hate or love it. I pulled up, no cars in the bays and a couple of guys standing around. I walked inside, and the guy working inside was on the phone. Didnt look up or acknowledge me. I stood there for a few minutes, then walked out. If they werent even attentive enough to say hello, I wasnt going to trust them to give my car adequate attention.

Got an oil change, fluids topped, tires rotated, and brakes checked for a great price. Josh helped me out by letting me know of some unknown problems I had with my car. He put in the effort to get it fixed at a reduced price. Also offered to beat any other offer by 10%. Definitely coming back for their great customer service and care.

When they were going to replace the air filter in my car, they forgot to put a new one in and left my engine unfiltered. Took a couple extra days to get my car worked on because of changes in management - previous manager fired. Would never go here again. From what I hear recently, things have not improved.

I had them replace the pipe that connects to the catalyic converter The check engine light has come on continuously since. Ive failed emmisions. Turns out they replaced it without the O2 sensor, charging me 1300 for this. Knowing it was not done correctly. Sucks to be taken advantage of. Disappointed.

Have brought 4 different vehicles to this place in the last few years, and not one repair has lasted. Overfilled the flyidsnin my carnto the point of broken seals and transmission issues. Still dealing with the aftermath to this day. Dont go here, dont even look at it. Sorry I ever visited.

I went into there made an appointment because I thought I had to have my breaks checked. The mechanic did a break test and told me I have brand new breaks and that I didnt need them. Very honest mechanics, they did all of that for me. I would highly recommend them to anyone
