Bad service in person and when you call, last time I called them I had to wait over ten minutes to get help. And when you walk in is the same takes long for them to help and when they do they just do a quick check if they found it great if not to bad they wont search any more. Also the other day they send me al the way to lynnwood for a par that was available just a couple miles from that store. To be honest is the worst service I have seen in any auto zone, I really like auto zone but not this one.

A headlight was out on our truck and Nathan helped us find a new set of lights. He told us the truth about the differences between the different brands their effectiveness. Having never changed a light on this vehicle before, my husband asked how to install it. Nathan came out and found that the light had just been unplugged, but we wanted new lights anyway so he continued to help us install them. He didnt over-explain anything or waste any time, we were in and out of there in less than ten minutes!

when I called a guy answered I told him what I was looking for and he put me on hold so he could go find it. i was on hold for about 7 min. before some one else picked up the phone, he asked me if i had already been helped i told him yes he asked what it was i was looking for and i told him it was a window motor, he was able to look it up and tell me the cheapest price then ordered it for me, AND he did all of this without putting me on hold... mystery worker man you are the greatest.

My husband and I bought fuses for our headlights that werent working. Two employees about to get off work approached us and diagnosed our issue, burnt out bulbs! We had just changed them 4 months ago, but sure enough, when they pulled out the bulbs they were toast. They helped us get new bulbs and gloves to prevent any oil getting on the bulbs. Ive never had such good customer service, they are now our go-to for auto needs!

me and my girl friend asked Leah, the store manager for help in how to install rain guards on my car. I asked her to show me, intending to install them later myself. She told me that they werent allowed outside the store, yet she had helped people outside before we even entered the store. We also watched her after we left and she went outside to assist others. This is a rude woman and bad for store customer service

I like auto zone they are always very nice. But I recommend going somewhere to get your car fixed if you dont know what youre doing. Im not sure how accurate they are and they are not mechanics. Do yourself a favor and save it for the professionals.

David was super nice and took his time to help me out with my car. It was pretty busy, and he was able to work efficiently without making me feel rushed. Im happy I stopped into this Autozone because of the great customer service.

I needed to add oil to my minivan due to oil leak. Counter staff knew exactly what I needed. They let me use their funnel rather than making me buy my own. A lot of stress was taken off because I had help!
