This place is complete garbage. Bought a vehicle from them claiming it was a clean title. Got lied to 3 times in my face about the title status. Turns out the car is a rebuilt title, they did a switcheroo on titles last second after cash was given. I called the owner to talk about what happend and he was not having it, cursed me out stating he never said no such thing about it being clean and admitted to me he knew it was a rebuilt title. So the owner and business is a fraudulent, dishonest, rude person who false advertises things. I cant imagine how many people he has ripped off. Go to this place if you want to get ripped off and lied to in your face several times. Worst experience ever and will NEVER ever do business with this shady fraudulent shop

This shop is incredible. Writing as a real, human customer who recently bought a Subaru from them and had it serviced by NW Import Auto Services, I can say I was blown away by their level of skill, integrity, and professionalism. My friend was also charged $100.00 for diagnostics and a new window switch as the window would not go up. They said they put in a used switch,and the first time I put the window down, it would not go back up She does not recommend their Burien location She will not go back there and will do more research before taking her Mercedes somewhere else.

I bought a car from this business they charged me 2000 telling me everything was fixed but it was all lies, I found out nothing had been fixed at all .. now I have to come out of pocket $1000 for everything to be fixed..The owner is a scam artist BEWARE BEWARE BEWARE!!!! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS ELSEWHERE!!!

This shop is great! I was referred by a close friend a few years back and Erickson & the rest there do amazing work. They are honest, efficient, and usually have a loaner car you can use (for when the parts are going to take time, or if youve got to go to work).
