You guys got lucky by getting even the one star. This is the most shittiest experience I have ever encountered in my entire life. Not too long ago, I stopped in with a problem, after a quick checking they said to make an appoint. Last week I called, made an appointment, got there and they gave me the free check inspection. After all, hoses, timing belt, tires, brake pads on front, brake shoes on back, flush of brake fluid and alignment were all problems. My timing belt is a damn chain, doesnt need replacement, hoses are all fine since I have had them checked at a better shop last month. Anyways, I have left the shop, drove my car to another, shop where we have been fixing all our family cars. When trying to take the tires off, on the front right side wheel, a stud brakes, later on the left side, same wheel, 2 studs. ARE YOU F***ING KIDDING ME? DAMN IDIOTS. It took me 2 hours and extra $25 to take care of the problem the simple and fast way by polishing the studs head so it can fit else wouldve taken hundreds of dollars and time to fix it the right way. Turns out brake shoes on the back wheels are completely fine. Flushed the brake hydraulic system, replaced pads on front, etc. They tried to charge me $1,000,00 for tires, brakes, alignment, flushing and all the labor. Their labor and fees ($550 was equal to all the parts and tires $540). Shittiest place ever, they do their best to RIP YOU OFF AND BRAKE STUFF ON YOUR CAR ON PURPOSE. What kind of people and shop do this?! What the hell is your guys problem? I really hope karma gets you all. Only idiots. Dont know how to do it? Dont damn do it then, its damn simple. Thanks for the extra time and money wasted. I will make sure that everyone who suggested you guy to me isnt coming back there and I will make sure to re-post this all over the internet so other people dont have to go through this; getting jacked and ripped off. Have fun getting in more new customers. Congrats for winning the award of the most stupid shop in town.

Came in to get an oil change and inquire about a quote on replace the oil pan gasket on a 1993 Toyota Camry (4 cylinder). Was quoted $400 on a oil pan gasket replacement (which I felt was a little high (so I didnt have the gasket done), but I understood that the exhaust had to be removed in order to do this, so a higher price was expected). Tony, the manager on duty, worked me up a good deal on new tires and threw in a free oil-change. My tires were way over due and, although I wasnt planning on buying tires today, the good deal convinced me other wise. I got the feeling that you could "haggle" a little with Tony because he wanted my business. I looked up the internet specials on my tires and found his price to be very reasonable, "thanks Tony ;-)" Now, regarding the oil pan gasket, I called around and ended up calling out to Midas Issaquah, because I used to live out there and had my services done by them, and they quoted me $250 for the gasket replacement. Issaquah is ways out of Seattle and I expected them to quote lower, but $150 lower was not expected. Maybe I could have haggled with Tony a bit to get this price. All in all, I had a good/fair experience with Midas on Aurora. Being in the city I have come to accept that my business is not the only business on the block, but was pleased to discover that if you are willing to engage in a reasonable purchase for your vehicle, that Tony and company will negotiate with you to earn your business. IF I was someone who was uncomfortable with haggling then I may not have had the same type of experience.

I had to leave this dealer before getting into a fight with the manager. My front struts were completely shot and I went in for the warranty coverage. The manager actively resisted living up to the warranty. He first challenged my claim that they were bad and then when shown the invoice and warranty cards, systematically pretended not to be able to find the date, location, part number, and said he had to wait a day to verify my warranty was real. So after being called a liar and fraud for 15 minutes, he then quoted an absurd amount for labor and and a required alignment (Ive had this done a few times now and it is NOT required). He quoted a cost $250 more than the original labor (more than double than what was listed on the invoice only 5 years ago). At this point I walked out. Do not fall for the Midas scam - in any location - ever. There are many other honest shops on Aurora and I was able to confirm that this was a scam with one of them and got a decent quote.

I asked for a brake inspection but after two hours they called me back to the shop only to tell me about multiple repair they are recommending but they would not print out their quotes. On top of that the brake inspection was not done. So a few days later, I looked into the front right wheel bearing they pointed out and saw I had 2 loose bolts out of 3 and the third bolt is missing that attaches my hub assembly. The crook who claims to have 20+ years of experience must of overlooked he just needed to tighten these bolts up? Their either incompetent or just a bunch of dishonest people who intentionally put you and your families in danger for a few thousands of dollars. Do not go here! I am in the process of finding help for the danger these people put my family and I in.

Place supposedly closes at 5:30PM on Saturdays. Got there at 4:45 and was turned away, with the explanations that "all the guys go home at 5 or so on Saturday". Well CHANGE YOUR CLOSING TIME THEN, or at least give me another excuse instead of being lazy. There were no cars waiting to be serviced. Will NEVER come back there again. Should have trusted the previous ratings...There are a couple of better places around that WILL take your business, do yourself a favor and DONT use this Midas location.

I visited a Midas 13201 Aurora for inspection. The manager told me that my car needs mission oil change, power steering oil change, and other things which costs more than 700 dollars.A few days later I visited another auto repair shop nearby. The technician told me that mission oil is O.K. and power steering need more addition. He added oil free. I thanked him for his kind service.I found that every American is not honest after visiting Midas Aurora Aveneu.

Fine for an oil change, but I wouldnt use them for anything else. I dont like that they dont really have appointments & Im not feeling confident with their skill level.
