Dubious Dub

For those of us who dont do our own auto maintenance, we all know how stressful this situation can be. That said, this has been the most pleasant experience with commercial auto mechanics that I have ever had. They did the job I requested, with no attempts at up-selling. They charged a fee that I had anticipated for the job; and on top of that, also installed a headlight that I provided for them (I couldnt access the installation port) at no extra cost. I noticed they also have a very cozy waiting room upstairs, with flat screen TV, books, magazines, comfy recliners, and soft lighting. So there you have it. Clean, professional service. Gets the job done swiftly (I turned my car in at closing time on Friday night, and had it back by noon on Saturday), and as requested. Charges an honestly fair fee which ensures everyone walks away pleased, and with what they expected. CLEAN waiting area with all the comforts of home. How much better can it get with a commercial auto mechanic, than that?

We needed an initial buyers inspection on a car we were looking at. They were able to save us from buying a car with serious problems and show us all of the deficiencies. We did not buy that car. Two weeks later we went back with another car, they were nice enough to not only give us a discount, but also tell us some little things to help negotiate the price down a $600 dollars. I highly recommend them and was impressed with their fast and polite service.

Went in for an oil change, but somehow they managed to f-- the job up. The guys at jiffy lube dont destroy cars like this place, thats for sure! Less than 5k later, the rear differential is completely destroyed because someone had been monkeying around with the nut on there (according to the dealership) and the fluid had drained out. It doesnt take a phd to figure out that these guys caused it. DO. NOT. GO. HERE.

Its hard to find a mechanic you can trust. Well, Ive been going here for 5+ years and I trust them completely. Ive had many instances where I thought I would be looking at a much higher repair cost only to have them advise me that the expensive repair wasnt necessary and left paying much less than I anticipated. Compare them to dealerships and other independent shops and theres no contest.

built like Ski Lodge with upstairs TV waiting area; The go to place for the BEST Customer Service with skilled personnel. I trust this place wholeheartedly! Brutually honest, sincere, and hard at work mechanics onduty. Each individual owns ones own experience; I would recommend , TWO THUMBS UP,this Net @uto Cafe in Lynnwood in route to Business Costco.

I have been using them for 10 years taking all my family cars there. I wouldnt take my car anywhere else for the minor stuff. They dont do major overhauls and such; but for brakes, oil, struts and such, they do good work and are fairly priced. I have never had a bad experience there.

Charged me for a part my car didnt need and ended not even putting it in the car. They just handed it to me and said "here keep it just incase it actually breaks we got the piece now. These guys will try to make a quick buck without a doubt. STAY AWAY

I use this place regularly for routine maintainence on my vehicles, they have always done a great job and are very reasonable. They also have a nice waiting area if you stay there while they work on your vehicle, and a Slushie machine!!

It is wrong and false advertisement. It says free check engine light diagnosis, but when I went pay a visit, only free diagnosis if they get the job to fix if there is any promblem. it is the worst place you can go.
