Bill Hazelett Chevrolet in Kent, WA tried to ripoff my wife by telling her we needed a new transmission for $2,600.00, when the vehicle was actually in "limp-home-mode" (stuck in 2nd gear) because of a loss of power to the transmission computer on our 95 AWD Astro. I was suspicious and took it to Quality Auto Electric, because my transmission guy couldnt find the power problem because Chevrolet had apparently ran out of fuse panels when manufacturing the van and used one that had the transmission computer hooked to the "Gauges" fuse. Thank you GM for my third (and last) GM POS lemon. Since the gauges were working fine, my transmission guy missed the problem and recommended Quality Auto Electric, who quickly discovered the problem and replaced the ("Gauges") fuse for a tiny cost. They were honest and fantastic. FYI - I made a scene at Bill Hazelett Chevrolet shortly afterwards. They have been closed for years... deservedly so.

When I first approached Quality Auto Electric & Repair I was a little apprehensive. But much to my surprise they repaired my wife car and did only the work that I asked I later bought back the car for belt replacement which was advise to do. I and my my wife are extreme pleased with the care attention we received I will be taking all of my vehicles there they are and will be my number one shop to go to. I will be recommending all of my co-workers, friends and family to get there vehicles service.

Quality Auto Electric & Repair has been servicing and repairing our car and truck for several years. Ive never had a complaint about their work. They do a thorough job every time. They check everything and several times have found something that needed attention. Tim and Dan are very easy to work with and always call me if something needs attention or if the vehicle is ready to pick up. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone.

From the first phone call to the quality finished work, this was a great experience. We have struggled in the past with finding an honest, affordable, reliable auto repair shop. It was my first experience with Quality Auto Electric & Repair and I am very satisfied with their work. My onboard diagnostic data connection port (where they connect to do the emissions test) was broken (wires disconnected, etc.) and useless. They rebuilt it and remounted it and as a result of their excellent work my emmisions test went great. I will definitely use their services again!

These guys are electrical wizards! Ive taken a few vehicles in here, some with major electrical gremlins and some with minor. They were all fixed right the first time, on time and within budget. Dan and Tim are super nice dudes to boot.
