I am so very thankful for the help from Premier automotive. I am not from seattle im from Yakima and am only here for a few weeks for training. I dont have much time or money to invest into my car thats been causing me more anxiety than driving around Seattle already is. However i explained my situation to them and Ryan took the time to take a look at my car despite the fact that they were already full of work and closing in an hour. He immediately found the problem and explained it to me. Although i dont have the money to completely fix it he helped me come up with a solution to fix it how he could. I am thankful for his time would defiantly recommend there services.

In 2009, my 2006 Dodge Stratus started to make strange engine noises & my mother referred me to Ryan of Premier Automotive Service in Kent. After explaining, the best I could, to Ryan whats happening, he assured me he would get to the bottom of it. Short time later, Ryan updated me on situation, quoted me a price, & got it done faster then expected. Turned out to be front end wheel barring & tie rod problems. When I picked up my car, my bill was even lower then the updated estimate of the bill. Ryan of P.A.S. is my go-to-tech to fix my car. Afterwards, I have smiles for miles in my car.

I discovered Premier Auto a few years ago, and Ryan and his staff have been servicing my car ever since. I drive a 1997 Toyota, and it is very comforting to trust a car repair shop with an older vehicle like this. Every time I have taken the car in for regularly scheduled maintenance, I always know that Premier is only going to recommend repairs that are needed, and they are going to do them right. I feel very lucky that I found a shop as honest and well-run as this, and it is a bonus that they are only about 3 miles away. What a great place!

I have been bringing my personal vehicles to Premier for several years now, and always got great service at a fair price. Had a window switch fail around 90 days after they put it in, and they replaced it at no charge. I convinced my boss to let me take my company truck to them, and again, good service at competitive rates. I recently had a water pump go bad, dropped off the truck very late one afternoon, and they had it ready just after lunch the next day. I will always go back to them, and recommend them to all of my friends and family.

I love having a auto mechanic that I totally trust to do the right thing, without taking advantage of my lack of knowledge about cars. It is so comforting to know that I can bring a car to Ryan (the owner), describe the cars "symptoms", and then leave it in his good hands and he will work his magic and return a car that is fixed and running right. I highly recommend this business, especially if you are like me...I just want to have someone who can take care of my car without overcharging me.

I have an old Mazda Pickup truck. Ryan installed an after market AC. We took the truck to Arizona. The AC along with getting the truck up to speed has resulted in a pickup my wife just loves. She uses it to haul her garden stuff. The AC works great. Cant say enough for the quality of work at Premier Auto

Unhonored appointment. So i made an appointment on the 1/02/2017 for 10:00 am. When i get there at 10:00 am,my appt is not there in the system,all i got is you can wait for 1hr 30 min. Thats why i made an appt so not to waste my time waiting. Maybe thats how they treat new customers.

Best, most honest repair shop in Seattle, get this ladies and gentlemen, they even give 2 years warranty, yes 2 years warranty on parts and labor. Now that is rare for repair shops these days. For my money, I can not say enough.
