My tire got a hole in it and this was the closest place around on a Saturday evening. An employee yelled at me through the window that they were closed as if I didnt know they were closed at 8pm. (Not like it says here that theyre open until 11) He then opened the door to tell me to go away. He had no time for pleasantries. I go back to talk to the manager about his troubled, unkind employee only to find out he was the manager. Seriously the worst customer service experience I have ever had. Never had I met someone who could be so unkind and uncaring to someone who might have given you money.

Negative Stars please. I have been getting my oil changed at this location since 2004. My last 2 visits have been bad. Specifically greasy shoes in my car. 6 months ago I complained, the car mat and door sill was really greasy. I was just in Friday and this time they used no paper on the mat, really greasy mat and door sill again and will need to buy new mats, car pulled in too far and into the bark on the bank after completion. A perfect outline of my car in the bark when I backed out. I showed the guys, but I dont think anyone really cares there anymore.

Dont come here unless you want to to get stabbed in the back by these people. There was only 1 honest person there. They let him go because he honored a customer under warranty. But he was also the only one that i didnt have any trouble with the other employees for some reason once they were done and I took off, I had to come back again because there was something wrong. I only wished I knew where Gunther went. I would pay him to do an oil change outside my house rather than let the other staff work on my car again.

Nothing express about this shop! I arrived at 3 pm for oil change. Got out of car and waited for 8 minutes before anyone came over to bring my car into garage. When they did come out they apologized for being understaffed and for keeping me waiting. I felt sorry for staff and politely backed my car up and left. Walmart please staff your business adequately or change the name!

Best Customer Service ever! I bring my vehicle every time and get great service, and wonderful help! The Guys are awesome and the one named Caleb seems to really know what he is talking when it comes to Cars. The Greater is really sweet as well and always smiling ready to help!
