Checked in this morning for a yoga class on the fly! Everyone gave me a very warm welcome - helped me find what I needed and the class was excellent! Hot class with great music. Clean facility, friendly people! Studio floor was clean and I enjoyed the room not brightly lit. Looking forward to going back!

Excellent studio, experienced teachers, variety of classes. Far infared heated studio in addition to the far infrared saunas. Vinyasa and Hatha offered everyday with renew classes and special workshops on the weekends.

Staff are very friendly, they do follow up calls to see how you feel after sessions! Cant beat the heat in winter!
