Perfect Look is hands down the BEST salon in Issaquah. The prices are fair, the automosphere is OUTSTANDING & the location is spot on especially if you want to get some shopping down after getting your hair done! My fiancé gets his hair cut by Lu every 2 weeks (because his hair grows like crazy) and has been for 5 years, Lu is amazing & since my fiancé is so picky with his hair anyways, Lu has been a BLESSING in disguise for us. I get my hair cut by Karla Forsman, who I believe is the manager of the salon, she is always so colorful, happy & has a great attitude every time I come in there. Her pricing for a color and cut is amazing considering anywhere else you go they charge 300$ + but Perfect Look keeps their prices very low for the amount of hard work they do! I did have a bad encounter with a few of the workers in there one named Lana I believe it was. She was russian I believe, but she was absolutely rude to me. I went in one day when Karla wasnt in there & she had no idea who I was but she pretended to be the manager of the salon & I was appalled considering I personally get my hair cut from the manager herself, so I felt so disrespected and couldnt believe a co-worker there was pretending to be someone she wasnt & went as far as to say she was the manager. She played the part too well, its like she had been doing it for so long when Karla wasnt working, so what a shame. Another time I came in she sat on her phone when I wanted to get my hair cut and payed no attention to me what so ever she just gave me a disgusted look and walked away. she seemed like such a terrible person & coworker! I wish I could give her 0 stars & give the rest of the salon 10 stars. I will continue to keep coming to perfect look as long as Lu & Karla cut mine & my Fiances hair! Im impressed with this salon!!

I do not recommend "perfect look" because I felt rushed and they are incompetent and are trying to get you in and out as fast as possible cutting corners where ever they can. I went in for a haircut wash blow dry and iron but ended up with my stylist doing minimal work possible because they over booked and there next appointment over lapped with mine. So what they did it was: 1.they cut my hair without wash 2. They started iron my hair even it was dirty (3 days without washing it) 3. I asked: could you please wash my hair before the iron? So they did 4. After my hair was wet they didnt dry it and just starting iron it 5. My hair of course burnt it 6. "The manager" pretends my hair was ok... seriously??? I asked for a refund after and they rudely declined not caring about burning my hair with the iron or cutting my hair prior to a wash even though I paid for it. Makes no sense. Not a place for women who are looking for quality or sound customer service. The salon is a joke.

When you see reviews of a business with nearly 100 one star reviews, you really wonder why and how its even in business. Ive been here about 6 times now, and the idea of coming back is quite cringing. However, this is one of those spots that no one goes to, and thus, there is little wait times and does not require an appointment. I have tried all their hair stylists in order to fully qualify this review as complete as possible - because some salons CAN have decent hair stylists, but most people rate their salon as a whole rather than individuals. With that said, Lu does try very hard and because of that, Id give him a 3 star review. Passing, but would not recommend unless youre desperate. For the other few hairstylists, Im going with a 0.5 star. Avoid the Russian lady in the rear of the shop. PS - I also think its weird that I have to tell them how much Im tipping ahead of time..

I went in thinking I could get a fast, decent trim on my lunch break. There was no wait, which was good. First off, the lady looked like a hot mess and was very rude. The place was also very unclean. I should have turned around and left right then. What was supposed to be a half inch trim, turned out to be 3 inches off. After she cut my hair, she proceeded to blow dry me with a brush that was full of someone elses hair. When I pointed it out, she was offended. Needless to say, I highly encourage not to get your hair done here.

Avoid going to this place! I cant believe its 2016 and people like some of the workers at this salon still exist. Racist, despective, bigots. One of my closest friends experienced such a nasty treatment that I wish this to nobody. Not only it was disrespectful to her (my friend) but to everything this country represents. I refuse to go to such a racist place. Yelling slurs at your costumers is the worst this a business can do and they did. If I could give them zero stars, I would.

Such a bad customer service!!! Workers were rude and even the manager she was the worst!! My friend went to get a haircut and wanted to straighten her hair, what they were doing was totally unprofessional. They burned her hair, and made such a bad haircut, and she had to pay for what they did! They were even racist with her just for her accent. The ones who needs the clients is them, we can totally find a so much better place than this!!! Dont even deserve one star!!!

I had the worst experience here, I am a latin american woman and the old lady that is like the manager there said some very offensive and racist comments about me, they made me pay to iron my hair when it was still wet! They were burning my hair and when I said something this lady said thats why she voted Trump, which is weird when they have a latin girl working there, this place sucks, they ruin your hair and its disrespectful.

Horrible experience. First, the work that they did wasnt what I asked, I didnt like it at all, but that is not the worst part: One of the employees told me that "thats why she voted for Donald Trump" after I told her that what they did wasnt what I wanted. I dont think no one should go there to be treated like that. Its horrible!!!! This place sucks

Awful place with racist and narcisit people, they have no idea of what theyre doing. Really disrespectful manager and unexperienced employees. They just care about your money, Nothing else... If you want a job well done just go somewhere else otherwise you will end up with a nasty burned and chopped hair.

Very considerate barbers; you can obviously tell that they pay attention to what you want and know how to satisfy what you preferred. That is, at least for me. I personally recommend Mr. Lu, its as if he knows exactly what you want as soon as the first words of your description come out
