This place is terrible. Classic case of poor management and under-trained hair stylists. Tabathas salon take over couldnt even flip this place around. Most of the hair dressers do not know how to cut hair. The price they charge is out rageous for what you get. Rudys can beat this place any day, and thats not saying much. You get what you pay for, I would recommend you avoid it unless you want girls fresh from greenwood hair academy learning the trade on your head. Today we were told to come in at 1030 and when we showed up, we were informed there would be no stylists in until 1130. So we had the choice of waiting an hour with the akward receptionist alone or moving on. Move on we did. Sadly it has the feeling of being at a 7-11. There is nothing great inside, nothing needed or worth going in for, yet it somehow never goes out of business and just sits there, an eye sore with no relevance or importance. I vote for the space to be taken over by a 7-11 infact, at least then you wouldnt be over charged for crap.

Very poor rating! Amy Phillips did not listen! She cut zig zag layers in the back of my hair that will take years to grow out! In tears, I did not even get an apology! In 30 minutes, she ruined years of growing my layers out! Unbelievable! The owner tried to blame me! I made appointments for my children get their hair cut, and 30 minutes prior to their appointment, they called and cancelled telling me a lie about the reason. I was told they couldnt be seen due to scheduling, when the true reason was due to me speaking up about my bad experience there. Take it out on my children, really? Try Kelly at Salon Jade in Issaquah! She is the best! And friendly unlike the staff at Salon O

My first visit to Salon O was a great experience. I took a chance on trying a new place and a new stylist. Elizabeth knew exactly what to do with my short, wavy hair and my usual "problem areas." She also gave me some good styling tips. As a bonus, I was quoted $55 when I made the appointment, but when I checked out Elizabeth gave me her personal rate of $35 for "a short hair cut". Very reasonable, and very much appreciated. I just came home from my second appointment with Elizabeth and I am just as pleased as the first time. She is, for sure, my new permanent stylist. Highly recommended!

The highlights and cut I received were good. Try to get a brazilian blowout elsewhere, however. It was done incorrectly, and I quickly realized why it was cheaper than everywhere else -- hair was STILL frizzy and actually looked exactly the SAME as before the $200 treatment. Wish I knew and saved myself a ton of money. I researched more on the Brazilian Blowout website, and my hair should NOT look the same after this treatment. Perhaps their stylists need more training before charging and performing this new treatment on trusting clients.

I was seen by Alysha in the Issaquah location and was a bit worried because of the somewhat ambitious asymmetrical hairstyle I had in mind. Id had so much trouble with my hair in the past and had never had it cut short before -- Alysha was fun to talk to and completely nulled any worries Id previously had. Going here for a haircut was one of the best decisions Id made in a while. She also suggested a dry shampoo paste for me to try for my hair consistency, which I have yet to try - excited!

This Place sucked so bad..... i saw Britni keller for a cut ...After all the hype on there web-site about her"gift" i thought i was going to get the most amazing hair cut instead i ended up leaving feeling like super cuts dose a better job! She smelled like an ashtray and wouldnt stop talking the whole time . the cut was uneven and not what i wanted at all....I would never go back ..

I have known the owner of Salon O, Jill, for years and highly recommend her and her staffs services. Ive trusted her with my color for over 15 years and have gone from brunette to platinum and back again many times without sacrificing the health of my hair. I love the salons vibe and trust the recommendations from the staff - every product Ive ever bought from the salon Ive loved.

I agree with the last review... Britni is one of the most snotty, self absorbed people I ever met. Quality is all on the lips but nothing in action, unless of course youre a man... it almost seems as if services are provided for all the wrong reasons. Very disappointing... unprofessional and women need to dress up a little more professionally and less seductively.

Im extremely disappointed with how I was addressed on the phone by their receptionist when I asked to speak to a manager so told me "no they werent in" and then hung up. She didnt even ask me if Id like to leave a message. Sadly these days the respectionsit is the face of your business and because of her rude attitude I will not be doing business here ever.

I have gotten my hair colored at Salon O since it opened and have never been let down! Jill is an expert with color and offers great suggestions which always turn out great! I have gotten highlights, overall color and ombré. All of these have turned out amazing! I travel here from Northeast Bellevue and its worth the drive!

They were able to get me in same day and Tammy did a wonderful job. I also came here once about a year and a half ago and got a great cut then, too (cant remember that gals name though) they are always friendly and listen to what you are looking for.

Ive been going to Salon O for a few years now. My favorite stylist that I always ask for is Amy. She is awesome! I always get a great cut and/or color... and Ive referred a lot of friends to her as well.

I have been going to this salon since it opened. I get a great haircut & color now from Amy Phillips. I always find them to be very friendly. Amy asks, listens and produces what I wanted.
