They recently did a remodeling to their salon and it looks great. Great atmosphere and ambiance feel with a very friendly group of gals. Always enjoyed their customer service. Perfect place to go with a group of friends . I havent had the chance to try their massage service but my husband said he enjoyed it when he last had a car accident and they helped relieved his constant muscles spasms. Id recommend calling and making an appointment ahead of time in case theyre busy (especially on sunny days) since they have a big salon. Cause when its busy it gets real busy. But they are also very accommodating in accepting walk-ins even if they are short handed. They are one of the few businesses id spend my time writing a good review for. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone who enjoys genuine customer service. Sometimes they have specials so ask! Doesnt hurt right?

This was the best pedicure for the value that Ive had in a very long time. I did my research before going and I wasnt disappointed. I walked in on a busy Friday afternoon and they took me after a very short wait. I chose the deluxe Pedicure and was pleasantly surprised at the level of service that came a lot of treatment with the low price (especially they did excellent foot massage). Faith was meticulous and my callouses didnt stand a chance. Even though I went with a nail buff instead of polish, I did notice they had a big selection of polish. The salon is clean, there is no chemical odor and the massage chairs are actually good!

I went for a pedicure because of foot pain and also accepted the offer of a manicure. Hannah had given me a wonderful haircut so my appointment was with her. When I arrived she asked if it was okay if someone else did the pedicure and a readily agree. It was wonderful and they included a foot, lower leg and arm massage. Two people did it at same time, one on hands and one on feet, so it went fast. And I got all three -- haircut, pedi and mani... ALL for the price I had been paying elsewhere just for a haircut. They have a huge array of colors polish, and it has lasted extremely well. I am headed back very soon.

Went in for a fill, the owner did a careless job. You could see the line where she did the line clearly. She made me bleed on 3 different fingers. Never apologized, and it was the most painful fill Ive ever had. Never going back. Went to casabellas in lynnwood and the girl had to take off my nails saying the old ones were lifting underneath and that whoever did it did a careless job. Id never go there again, and recommended no one else going there either. Casabellas in lynnwood is a nice and affordable place with great costumer service.

Honestly, the best SNS nails I ve ever had .it look like gell but not.the guy do amazing job and interesting ,He dip the finger in the powder .My nails look very nature and extra shine.Only this place have this product in Kenmore area.They are Very friendly, courteous and professional. I finally have found my nail place and it doesnt break the bank!

I would not recommend this place. The french manicure is awful. The white tips take up half of my nail! The two men working on me spoke their native language the whole time and hardly acknowledged me. There was also some creepy guy just hanging out in the place. After I paid and tipped both of the gentlemen, I didnt even get a thank you.

I go here on a regular basis to get my eyebrows waxed. After my regular hairdresser closed her salon I decided to try Lovely Nails. I had my hair colored here and the gal who did it did a wonderful job. I got many compliments on it. They are very professional, friendly and their prices are great!

I moved to Kenmore about 6 month, been some nails salon but I not satisfied. Finally I found this place is my regular salon to treat my nails. Kevin did fantastic acrylic nails, the lady did my pedicure very good job, very relaxing with foot massage and hot rock. Highly recommended.

Very nice service, friendly and welcoming! Staff is knowledgeable and aiming to please! Miss watching the cooking shows on big screen TV and soothing music at other place I frequented, but having a more reasonably priced and unrushed, quality service is more important!
