This review is in no way a reflection on my stylist. She is fantastic and over the years I have grown to trust her with even the most outrageous of changes. I am someone who goes with the flow and as long as I am receiving good customer service, I am happy. That being said, because she is so good, sometimes its difficult to get an appointment. Thats what you want in a stylist right?! Unfortunately, her co-workers are less than courteous when it comes to helping you squeeze in to have her work her magic. My most recent experience (today) has left me wondering if I will even keep my appointment this weekend for a complimentary re-color. The Salon Manager, Shannon, was rude and very discourteous when she was "helping" me. She made it very clear that the service I was told about is complimentary and therefore is not available on the weekends. She was also very clear that they are making an exception for me but the manner in which she chose to share that information with me was rude, curt and condescending. I have worked in Customer Service for over 25 years. I know what good service is and this is not it! You do not make your customers feel like villains. You do not make your customers feel like a burden. If you need to bend a few rules to keep your customer base happy you find a way to do it. If that means you have to call the customer back with a solution thats fine. Platinum definitely does not have its rewards in this scenario. This will probably be the reason I find a new stylist. Sad, but true.

I just had my hair done, worse color/highlights I have ever had done. Paid 208.00 for full foils after tip and I have a blonde streak a red streak running from my neck under my hairline to the middle of my head. My hair is breaking off and looks frizzy and hardly have any highlights on the top of my head looks more like grey hair. I have never written a review but Im so upset not sure what to do. Worse job ever from getting highlights and paid so much for this. Im embarrassed to leave the house and I have to work tomorrow, not even sure if I can get it fixed with my hair breaking off. Never ever had this bad of a highlight job before. Dont go there, pay a little more and go to a nicer place. Its gonna take quite some time before my hairs back to normal. Just destroyed my hair.

I love this location! Super friendly, but not too annoying. The most annoying thing is when u walk into a beauty store and they will not stop bugging u the entire time, like they think ur going to steal something, while whispering into there headpieces. Ive had that happen MANY times at the Everett mall location which is why I never go to that one anymore and always shop at this one! The SAs greet u nicely, ask u if ur looking for something and thats it. They dont follow u around like stalkers and keep asking if u need anything and literally never let u leave there sight. The SAs keep to themselves and dont bug me every 5 minutes. Love that about this location!

Its low rated just because I went in Friday night, saying they close @ 9pm I got there probably 12 minutes before 9 & the store was already closed! Light off, no one was their anymore! I had to drive like 30 minutes for that! I knew what I was getting so I would have been out in two minutes. Super disappointed that they closed that soon! Three other customers got the when I did, & they were as disappointed as me!

Overall a great experience. My stylist was knowledgeable and pretty quick. Did what I asked and offered suggestions when I asked. My hair looked fantastic overall but the prices were a little steep for a salon in a store. A haircut and style ran $47 before tip! Im used to paying that downtown. However, they got me in on very short notice and like I said my stylist was pleasant.

This location hardly has merchandise in stock. Makeup section is disorganized & messy... And haircare selection is far and few between. I drove here a few times for specific items and they are never in stock.

Tina is the best! She made my daughter feel like a princess for her ballet recital. She took our request and really ran with it. Would go back in a heartbeat. Everyone was very kind and helpful.
