I wouldnt go here again, I asked for a 1/4" off the ends, and she ended up taking off about 3 inches! Ive been growing my hair out, and this was frustrating to say the least. Also, she kept pushing me to let her thin the ends because my hair is "too thick;" I acquiesced but regretted it as I watched her botch the ends of my hair. Every other hair salon Ive ever been to, the stylists who cut my hair always compliment the thickness of my hair, but at Twin Lakes, the stylist was insulting. PLUS she didnt shampoo or condition my hair, I asked and she told me it would cost extra and made the comment, "it must take forever to blow dry your thick hair." My hair is straight and thick, very smooth, soft, and easy to handle, but apparently too difficult for this salon to work with...Waste of money and time!!! Worst hair cutting experience Ive had.

My wife and I were visiting family and had a haircut here three years ago. We never stopped talking about how great the cut and service were. Back in Federal Way, we went to Twin Lakes Salon this year. It has and will be the best all around service Ive received at a salon. The cut is sharp, the shampooing is incredibly relaxing, and the stylists are so nice. Definitely recommended.

I love the service I receive at Twin Lakes Hair Salon. Kim has been my stylist for about a year now. She is wonderful. I purchase products that I need there also and pricing is reasonable for all services. Sometimes when something is not exactly the way you want it, try a second time. The girls are sweet and the setting is very comfortable and friendly.

I moved here from California. I discovered this place 4 years ago. I and my family are currently their customers. I like this place very much. The stylists are so nice and friendly, I love my haircut and scalp massage, and my Mom really like her hair-color, cut and style. I would recommend this place to everyone.

Most expensive salon for a 2 year old toodler.My son already had short hair I just wanted it to look clean it was an emergency. It took less then 2 minutes and got charged $20 and she didnt make it that good. I will stick with my regular salon they charge less and they do a way better job!

I was a walk-in, a little nervous about trying a new place. This was literally the best hair cut Ive ever had. The layers were perfect and it has grown out really nicely. Ive come to understand that whether or not I like the length, what matters is its a good cut. I know Im coming back.

She explained very well on how to do the best way on my sons hair since he has a cow lick. It is hard to brush his hair and she did a fabulous job.
