First off.....moving sucks! Getting all your friends and family together to help pack boxes, carry heavy furniture and go get that rented box truck (which never seems to run right) is a nightmare! I have done it many times and thought that was the norm! Our last move we decided to try something new. We called up Puget Sound Moving, which we heard from a friend was awesome. They gave us a great quote which not only fit in our budget but gave us peace of mind that everything would be taken care of. After talking with the owner, I felt at ease with the move! He was super friendly and made sure all of our concerns were taken care of! They even move NFL football players....so i assumed our stuff would be in good hands too! When moving day came.....I was AMAZED!! I literally stood back while the awesome and friendly crew hand packed everything in the house with meticulous care! I didnt even pack one thing! The furniture was wrapped, the dishes were wrapped in paper individually and even the soccer cleats got special attention! Not only was everything packed for us.....everything was moved into their HUGE trucks. After everything was packed and loaded up....the house was spotless! All we had to do was vacuum! No one wants to move.....BUT if you do.....PUGET SOUND MOVING is the company to pick!!

If I could give in ZERO stars thats what this company would receive!! DO NOT use them, not only were they 4 hrs late they arrived unprepared to pack out our stuff. They had about 2 small cupboards in the kitchen and the closets which all had hanging clothes and maybe a box or two of miscellaneous stuff. We were told we would be charged $95/hr and a minimum of 3 hrs. When they arrived the guy(s) said they didnt know they had to pack us, and it was a 5 hr minimum not sure where the miscommunication was on the minimum hours. Then they gave me the wardrobes and said can you start packing and they took those boxes back once the arrives at our new house. In addition they took an hour lunch break before delivering our goods. Im glad that my husband had the time to pa k most of our stuff but had he not we would have been screwed big time. They have tried to make it right by giving us 300.00 dollars back out of the 565 they charged. In all honesty I would have preferred the job to get done correctly and had no refund the whole point of them doing the job was to easy our burden of moving but all they did was make the situation harder for us and no amount of money can give us our time back.

Very unprofessional. Hired three movers for four hours. Movers arrived at 9am. Complained that it wasnt enough time which I agreed, I wanted them to move the big items. They didnt like that. So after the three movers stood around wasting 30 min of my time on the phone with "Hefe" they started. 930-1030 they moved some items and slammed the door still leaving heavy items upstairs. After arguing with "Hefe" and him threatening to put my furniture thats already on the truck in storage I had to pay for 5 hours ($170hr), even considering they waisted 30 min on the phone. They then got a couple dressers from upstairs and slammed the door again 15 min later (didnt get what I asked). Got to the new house they unloaded and were done in the 4 hours. They did refund me the 1 hr that I was forced into earlier. The Mexicans said they had another job to go to (hence the poor service). Bottom line if you dont pay for a full day good luck getting them to move what youd like. Also at all times one guy is doing nothing, mostly on the phone or standing in the truck. Use credit card for protection with these kind of services and be careful what you sign. Expect to pay more. 1 star. ⭐

Puget Sound Moving blew my mind! Its been a long time since we moved, and the bids we got were confusing. Weight vs. Cubic feet, insurance, binding or non-binding bids…. WHAT?! I could have avoided all the time and stress, and just made one call to Puget Sound Moving. Their price was in line with all the others, but their service was much better. 4 things stood out: 1) Information: they clearly explained all the moving parts to a move, and gave us pointers on how to evaluate our different options and bids.(insurance, pricing, delivery etc) 2.) Courtesy: they were cheerful and willing. They were happy to answer our questions, and move all of our items, no matter how heavy or inconvenient. We even asked them to move a fridge twice after it didn’t fit… they were happy to do so 3)Quick: They were on-time and fast moving. They didn’t stop to talk on the phone or smoke a cigarette… they worked quietly and quickly until the job was done 4) Careful: they wrapped our furniture and avoided any damage to our belongings or property If you have to move, Puget Sound Moving can make a brutal chore seem pleasant.

You guys were great! Best moving company experience thus far. They were fast, courteous, and efficient. The only draw back was that one gentleman moving boxes/bins only didnt speak english so my writing on the boxes saying what room to put them in was pointless. Im still moving boxes from one room to another which has been interesting with a bad back. But for how fast they moved everything, I really dont care! Ill be picking them next time and referring my friends to them as well! I chose this company because they had a crazy cheap deal that beat everyone else. After talking to another moving company, who actually said Puget Sound was a great company, I felt comfortable going with the really cheap guys. It was a March special, $115/hour which included 3 guys and a huge truck.

After a little snafu of a good contact number (I given my old tn # forgetting it was getting moved instead of my cell) the guys from puget sound moving got to work. Let me just say that the work eithic and the care they put into moving my stuff was worth every penny. Daryl was my crew foreman and from the get go he was quick to identify all my handle with care items and parts that needed to be broken down and re-assembled. These gentlemen busted their butts for what seemed like all day but was less then 7hours! The convenience of letting someone handle your move for you is priceless but again these guys are worth it. When I move in the future Im using them and will send positive recommendations. Thanks Puget Sound Moving for making my move great!

We recently used Puget Sound Moving for a local move. From beginning to end, our experience with PS Moving was just perfect. They were quick to respond to my email inquiry with a personal phone call. (In great contrast to another moving company I contacted-- the other moving company sent a quote without speaking to me based upon a form I filled out on their website and never followed up at all.) Scheduling was a breeze, and the moving day was seamless. The guys took great care in moving our large furniture, and were very helpful in making sure my new wood floors would be protected. And, in typical Seattle fashion, it rained the whole time our trucks were being loaded. But, they didnt miss a beat. I highly recommend these Puget Sound Moving!
