Hi Everyone, Beware of this Movers! Both times unpleasant experience. They might not at all send movers on the date you committed. This name should be Unfair Movers :) If they get better deal during the talk, she(I dont remember the name Kelly or Nancy) will disconnect rudely and go with other call. Lacking of communication in both calls. I am really shocked to see these 5 star ratings. I dont see any kind of professionalism in the talk. Let me tell you my honest experience after calling them(after reviewing yelp review) multiple times, the lady who was talking very rude and is literally disconnected the phone call. If it is accident , she would have called back. They dont have a decency to end the call. I never received a call again. Also when I called them twice, they never picked up a phone call. Fact Sheet: -Called 3/18/2015 for the quote and received oral information hourly rate and got confirmed that 3 hours are minimum. Later realized and I called san Jose and then called again Pleasanton office but the same lady pickup the call and answered: "I already talked to you, its waste of time. bye bye". She does not have any professionalism to deal with customers. I would have fired this lady if I were the boss. - Called 3/24/2015 for finalizing quote and booking the date, I reminded that I called last week. She asked the quote reference and I again reminded that there was nothing given at the time of call previous week. She started collecting details such as move date, quote. She said movers will be at your place between 8am-10am on Apr 6th. When I asked fair quote, she says she cant give as estimators are already booked for a month. I reminder her that fairprice website has more transparent updates such as no hidden prices, gas prices or shifting stairs. She suddenly disconnected the phone and never returned call till now. When I call back it directly goes to voice mail. Hope this helps stop wasting time calling these company.

This review is long overdue! I recently had to hire a moving company to relocate my grandmother. Her move was a bit complex. As she has accumulated so much "stuff". We definitely were going to need a full packing service. A friend recommended FairPrice movers. After seeing all the great review for this moving company, I decided to give them a call. My sales representative was extremely informative and provided us with a full packing service and to save some money we opted to unpack ourselves. Which was very cost effective! When the packers arrived, they were very professional, clean cut and communicative. They worked diligently into the late afternoon. Managed to pack everything up with a day. The following day the moving company sent a crew to load and deliver. They were punctual and again, I was very pleased with their service. The lead guy, Carlitos was absolutely amazing and made my grandma laugh throughout the process. This was very sweet and just made the experience even better. All in all, we were more than pleased with FairPrice moving company. Ive already recommended them to a few friends! I plan on moving soon and I know who I will be hiring. Thank you Carlitos and FairPrice for doing a stellar job!

Fairprice Movers moved our familys 4 bedroom home from Lancaster, CA to Sacramento, CA (nearly 400 miles). From the start their staff was professional, courteous and accommodating. They made our move way easier than we thought it would be. Everything was clearly explained from the time of scheduling, and there were no surprises or hidden fees. They asked a 20% deposit, 50% at initial loading, and the balance after delivery, and everything went according to plan. Special thanks to Leo and his crew for helping us with our last minute items and packing. They were on time, extremely skilled and careful, and very courteous. If I had known movers could be this good I would have hired them for our previous move! I will be sure to recommend Fairprice Movers to our friends and family needing help moving.

I was in need of last minute movers and my very good friend had referred me to FairPrice Movers. I gave them a call and Nancy was able to provide excellent customer service! She went above and beyond to meet my expectations, she was extremely helpful and made sure everything went perfect to the tee. When moving day came the guys were prompt and ready to work. They were extremely kind and worked diligently to get the job done. I had a few large items and the guys were able to help me assemble them which I thought was very generous. They worked quickly yet efficiently, I had no damaged or broken items. FairPrice was extremely affordable and there were NO hidden fees what so ever. I would like to thank the FairPrice moving team for a stress free move!

I used Fairprice Movers last week for my HUGE move in San Jose. The owner Leon was very friendly on the phone & answered all my questions about pricing, etc. I had tons of heavy items and they both carried everything upstairs & worked pretty much non-stop for hours! They also took apart/put together a few pieces of furniture & tightened up some loose screws on some of my furniture that I didnt know about. At the end, there were no "hidden" costs (which I have also had happen in the past) & all was as the owner had promised. As I unpack, there hasnt been any damage to any of my things or anything broken. I completely recommend Fairprice Movers for your upcoming move!

I am extremely pleased with this company. I used them to move within the East Bay and I think they really know what theyre doing. The people who handled my job were very hardworking, well-prepared, efficient and careful. I had a lot of weight to move, and a good distance to move it at both ends, and I was amazed at how quickly they got the job done. This also made the price a very good deal. Nice and friendly also. If I had to do it over again, I would have them handle more of the packing because they work so quickly.

Do not use! Unless you want your stuff to arrive broken, half of it missing and someone elses boxes mixed with your things.Worst experience ever from the get go. We had everything boxed up already however they proceeded to put the boxes in their big wardrobe boxes and tried to charge us $50 a box. Our mattresses were covered but they put their covers over it and tried to charge us $20 a piece. Believe me youre better off with a pod, save yourself the headache.

It was a nightmare and not an easy task. Fortunately Fair price movers are available in our city and asked me to relax a bit when I was screaming for shifting to our new home. I was comfortable with them from my first call till the end. The ease with which they relocated our goods is incomparable and they use the right methodology and tools to safely pack and unpack our goods and deliver them to our destination address. Very skilled and trained people !

Right option for smooth relocation. Latest tools for excellent packing and have wide range of specially designed goods transporter. We did not have any issue till delivery. Since they have a large team, from A to Z everything happens at a fast pace. Whenever I contact them they pick the call and answer me in a respectful way. Some companies don’t even respond to be honest. They use first-rate supplies to pack goods. Very much impressed!
