Total scam artists... any sane consumer, reading his should avoid at all costs. Trust me when I say that you do not want to do any form of move with a company that is the antithesis of communicative, honest and responsive, once they have your things in their thrall. One could easily go into way more detail, but suffice to say that this outfit practices every dirty trick in the apparent "I want to make a killing in the moving business" handbook with absolute disregard for customer trust, forthrightness or even the law - they seem willing to do anything to make an extra buck and showed up without warning, as well as barged in on me and my family on a weekend morning "hostage-taking" with our things [allegedly] in tow. To be honest, I would rather use the extra money (i.e. the vast difference between our contract and what they claim is owed), to hire a hacker to assign them the Negative rating that is rightful, as even a One is way too generous !

this is our 3 time with xo moving and The price is always reasonable and guaranteed never any price gouging. The crews was prompt, well equipped, professional and friendly. They were very thorough with both the estimate and the packing. Thank you again for all of your help.
