Dont judge a POD by its cover I believe that PODS is a good company, despite my troubles with them.* Starting back in Dec 2015, I rented two PODs a 12 & 7 foot. The intent was that we needed to prep our house to sell, so we moved 90% of our belongings into the PODs, but then we didnt move away, just stayed local. Jumping ahead to present day June 2017, we decided to stop paying for storage and reclaim all our belongings which had been away for 18 months. Ive had nothing but good, friendly conversions with everyone that works for PODS, whether on the phone or in-person. They are either exceptional liars or genuinely good people, I believe they are the latter. I will admit to one negative interaction, but it was in regard to trying to find this warehouse location. At the BACK of the Fleming Business Park is where youll find the the PODS warehouse whose address is on Montague Expressway. It requires that you go into the Montague Court, then proceed down the aisle to the Fleming Business Park sign. Pass the sign to the left, follow the aisle until curves to the right, continue until you see PODs stacked. The customer entrance is under the numbers 1047-1059 *- had a POD burglarized

This is the worst consumer related nightmare I have ever had. Delivery of two PODS units back in August went fine. Asked for units to be moved near end of October and three times more until by Thanksgiving they still had not been picked up. Reason? Wet weather and soft ground despite long periods of dry weather. One driver said no problem, we just need to drag the units (empty by this time) to the paved area. But that never happened. Hours spent with national call center trying to find a solution but they refused to schedule another pickup. Was told, " we will have to wait until the weather changes." One customer service rep...an oxymoron since I was not being served...said that they could hire tow trucks if I was willing to pay $300 each. I said fine. Then nothing. No call, no email nothing. Except the bills which keep coming and which I disputed with my credit card company and refused further charges. The empty units sit on the property of my previous landlord and they have failed to respond to his calls as well. PODS has absolutely the WORST customer conflict resolution though if there were no problems I suspect many folks would be fine.
