I have had two storage units there for over two years and love it! The facility is always very clean and although they have rodent traps in place, I have NEVER seen the slightest inclination of anything being there....not even bugs! The staff is very friendly and the hours of access are very accommodating. The temperature inside is always comfortable and another nice extra...there is almost always music playing inside the building!

From my initial contact with them, Chris and Dan were both very helpful and the process of signing up for a unit was smooth and hassle free. The free truck was very useful and even when I needed it a second time it was much cheaper than renting from a rental company. The unit is clean, and access is easy, even with many items of furniture that need to be taken to the third floor. Highly recommended.

Clean, dry, camera surveillance and easy load in and out. One time I didnt close my unit all the way and I got an email alert within 24 hours. I would highly recommend! If I didnt already move from Issaquah I would continue to lease from them ;-)

Very clean and secure storage facility. Plus it is climate controlled. Only draw back is that they are a bit pricey.
