Im glad to have an easy opportunity to write a review of West Coast Moving Systems. I spent a good amount of time learning about how to choose a moving company and getting estimates from a few before I chose this one. My experience with West Coast went like this...everyone I spoke to and met was straight-forward, friendly, respectful, and responsive. Their quote was straight-forward and clear. The movers were swift, courteous, polite, didnt bang the furniture or boxes, constantly checked in with me, and didnt fuss over the mess they had to walk through to move our belongings. Then, they actually waived a few fees that they could have charged me for, like packing up our TV and another box. When I added a tip for the movers, they reduced that from my total amount so that I didnt even end up paying extra for the tip. I could not have had a better experience and very highly recommend this moving company!

5 Star Moving Rating Local move within California Ive used these guys a couple times over the years...The first time I used them it was from San Francisco , Ca to Sacramento, Ca. They came out ahead of time told me the price and they stuck to it. It was a difficult move I had 3 flights of stairs in SF and some nice heavy furniture. I remember Alex he was a beast of a mover. I will admit that they werent the cheapest but i thought it was reasonable for the job I paid $1800.00 for everything to be packed up and moved.The second move was a few years later this last May, 2013. Again, they came out and gave me a price that I thought was again fair for the job. Robby, Antonio, And Tony were excellent. They packed everything I had in their boxes and delivered it to Redondo Beach, CA. On time, no damages and were a pleasure to work with.I would highly recommend these guys!

I did not do business through them as my company needed their services on a Sunday. Unfortunately they take Sundays off. I am reviewing this company purely for their customer service. I spoke with a representative who explained to me as a first time mover, how to estimate costs so that I would not be overcharged by other companies. He cared that I saved money, and that I had great service DESPITE me telling him that I would not be able to use their company. I will consider them for non Sunday appointments anytime in the future if I need to move something.

I used West Coast Moving Systems for my local move from Alameda to Concord. I moved a 2 Bedroom apartment which was on the second floor with a flight of stairs. The guys arrived on time and were friendly and polite. Tony and Juan are amazing movers, very careful and fast. I had an over sized sofa but they managed to get it down the stairs without a problem. I did not have nay damages and was very pleased with the service. I would highly recommend these guys, they are great!

We moved from San Jose to Redding and the guys at West Coast were so awesome! Jose, Eric, Robert and Reggie made it soooo EASY! They took great care of all of our things and went way out of their way to make sure we are happy. Nothing was too much to ask these guys. Im so glad we hired West Coast!!

Used this company to move me to my Plumas County home and had a great experience. On time and the owner is personally involved and is very responsive to all the needs we had for this particular move that required special handling.

Stopped in front of this place for 45 seconds to let a UPS truck move and the guy comes running up screaming that I have to move NOW! Apparently his customers get a different face. Learn some manners buddy.
