Horrible. Horrible. Horrible Service. My experience with them is simply that Hanson Bros. of Coal Creek Pkwy SE is a horrible service company. I had a salesperson from this company promise me almost everything, and I made the mistake of choosing this company for my move to California. They offer a horrible service. The salesperson had lied to me on the service, on the price, and on the support. I called him 4 times, and he never returned my phone calls. I emailed his manager, he never emailed me back. They pass everything to contractors, so they just are middlemen who charge you money but do nothing. When I was upset, they accused me of being a difficult customer and their staff threatened me. I am currently planning to speak with an attorney and file a litigation against this company. My experience with them was a NIGHTMARE. The service I received from them was a big fat ZERO. They tell you they will call you back in 30 min, and they dont call you back. Save yourself a lot of hassle. This company is horrible company to do business with. The worse I have seen for a long time. They will charge you more, promise you everything, and most probably will leave you in a very difficult situation like what they did to me. I am preparing a more detailed document to send to Better Business Bureau, and to State Attorney General.

Art and Tony did a remarkable job using extreme care to carry furniture over our newly refinished hardwood floors. They moved everything in record time with a smile and great sense of humor that is much appreciated when dealing with the stress of putting a house back together. The only opportunity for improvement with our experience was the crew was running a few hours behind, and our 11-2 window turned into 3:30. We fortunately had a lot of flexibility that day, but that may not be the case with other customers. Overall, great job! We would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. to others.

I had them deliver a bunch of furniture that we had put in storage there a few years ago. It all went swimmingly. They were easy to talk to in setting a date, they came on time. I was impressed that all the pieces were individually wrapped in those big moving pads and they said yes they were stored that way the whole time. The guys doing the moving were efficient, nice guys, and the job got done quickly. I will say their estimate was high, but the actual charge, based on their actual time taken was quite reasonable, much less than the estimate, so that was a nice surprise!

The initial process of getting a quote was a bit awkward. I was contacted by two different individuals in the office, then set a meeting with a different person but then had to reset to a different day. Once we finally had our meeting, it was outstanding service from there on out. Tim, Jessey and Darren were outstanding from the first minute to the last. It was the first move weve ever done where nothing was broken! They even got done a little quicker then was quoted. Great experience.

First of all, I did business with Hansen because they are a local business. I did not contact any other company for even a quote. Second, everyone at Hansen was fantastic - professional, courteous and just a delight to work with. Third, the crew was outstanding...from the moment in and the last moment out. They could not have been better. I was even raining like crazy and they covered all my belongings in padding and plastic wrap. Truly, they were fantastic. Thank you!

Zach, Dallas, Jarrod, & Drew did an excellent job. They really hustled & kept an upbeat attitude. Zach is a great communicator & problem solver. He dealt with our difficult driveway situation by swapping out to smaller trucks while keeping our move going quickly and efficiently. The whole crew was fast, careful, and had a great sense of humor. The price was reasonable, and their courtesy was priceless.

The support staff in the office were thourough and knowelgeable and the moving team was courteous, effecient, and carful with my priceless antiques. They should be your first choise if you live in the greater seattle area and need to store or move.
