Helped a friend move and they never delivered the POD during the allotted window, so they extended it without notifying us, then still didnt deliver it. After 5 rounds of calls to the PODS customer service, they said they couldnt get a hold of the driver to see where he was, and that the local branch had closed. We waited for 8 hours for this thing to arrive and never saw it. Then tried to reschedule but they pushed it out for weeks and charged additional holding/rent fees for storage. This company is ridiculous, unorganized and a waste of time. Avoid them at all costs. They will be a waste of time and money. Terrible customer service.

This business is an absolute disaster. We had issues with opening and closing container doors. Calling useless PODS customer service is a waster of time. Their management just as useless in resolving customer issues. In the end we were charged more because we change the destination address even though the new destination was much closer than the original one......hm... go figure. One would think if you drive less and a shorter distance the price should be lower...right? Not with PODS they squeeze a dime everywhere they can. Stay away from this disaster business!

We thought pods would be a great moving experience. After setting up an a delivery date for an across country move it was changed without notice. We called multiple times to figure out why our move date was changed with no answer. No one could accommodate. Worst experience to move across country. Do NOT use this company. Unfortunately they stated they couldnt deliver our pod until we started our new jobs which made it difficult to find time to unpack. No compensation and no one willing to help.

When we started our moving journey I was singing the praises of PODS. Now, I can confidently say I will never use them again. Our delivery date is over a week and a half later than we were initially told. I called to schedule the pick up of the POD, they cant pick up our container in a timely manner and now I will be charged for another months rent. Thats right, I am being charged rent for the empty storage container sitting in my driveway because they cant pick it up. #scam

Plenty of space to turn a Rig around in but the customer service is awful not only did the guy walk away from me but he said so many cuss words I could have filled a book then he laughed and said that he didnt care who showed up that he was closing at 1530 even though he knew he shouldnt idk who to contact in a situation like this so thought Id let the General public know

BEWARE - You cannot retrieve your POD when you want it, but at the beck and call of their availability, and guess what...you still pay their huge storage fees $222/month. On top of that, we asked if we could retrieve some items and the first appointment was a month out. Stay away from this business.

They messed up my deliver date. Then they said I couldnt have what they schedule. Then I had to pay 100$ to get a pm delivery because I was working. Then they delivered the pod and placed it horizontal in my parking spot that was clearly marked while taking my neighbors spot. This is unreal!

The female delivery driver was very nice, however, I do not appreciate the call from corporate I received telling me the pick up would be 5 days late. I suppose theyre not man enough to do it from Seattle. Now this thing is sitting in my driveway for almost a week. Never again...

Thanks for nothing Pods. You yelled at my 60 year old mother. Moved the pod to a location WAY out of our way when requested otherwise and broke a bunch of our stuff. My uncle even got hurt trying to open your BROKEN door. Well NEVER use you again.

Terrible customer service, the delivery guy hung up on me and forgot the lock that I ordered with my POD. This is the worst, especially when you are trying to coordinate a lot of moving parts and contractors.
