Moving can be an extremely daunting task, but thank heavens for Todd and his team. They make it really easy, and moving never seems as hard anymore. Our most recent experience would be our 3rd experience using Access Gentle Moving, and we will surely continue to use Access for any of our future moving needs. They are extremely professional and courteous, and most importantly they get the job done fast and stay true to their name of being ‘gentle movers.’ They roll out their own carpets so they don’t track anything into the home, put covers over any doors that big furniture is going to be moved through, use their own equipment so they can easily maneuver large furniture around without knocking into walls or other furniture, and Todd and his team are all just genuinely great people (the people in charge of handling your personal belongings should probably have good character, it’s your stuff and you will want to hire people who are able to treat your belongings and home with the same care as you would). Not to mention their prices are also reasonable compared to other moving companies! I would give more stars if I could, but instead I just decided to write a review because there aren’t enough great things I can say about Access Gentle Moving!!!

We needed a mover on short notice (5-6 days) to help us with the big stuff. We have a lot of old antiques that are priceless (to us). They tend to be fragile (a dresser from the mid-1800s) or a bit heavy (solid oak desk, Chicago highboy dresser, solid oak buffet). Todd and his crew came, took a tour, listened to our wants/needs, and got straight to work. They worked quickly and efficiently, wrapped everything in plastic, used pads, and navigated a difficult driveway. We were on a budget and appreciated their professional service and flexibility. Worth every penny. If you are screening movers dont neglect to put them on the list and give them a call. Ive tried to save money in the past by hiring HS kids (they have never really moved/worked hard and dont care for your stuff), hardware store labor (not the best idea), and doing it myself (too hard). We came to a happy medium by hiring these professionals and doing most of the "boxes" ourselves. I would certainly recommend them. Thank you Gentlemen! Regards, Kim and Lidia

When we had a shipment of furniture arriving from the east coast I was unsure of how to move around all the furniture in my house to accommodate for what was coming. With only a few days notice, I found Access Gentle Moving on the web. They were able to meet my time frame and kept me informed through texts of when they would arrive. I knew they had a large moving job earlier in the day, so I was worried they would arrive exhausted and would take a long time to move everything around. I couldnt have been more surprised! They hustled, and even ran back and forth between our home and the truck. They had 4 men so they were able to do the job quickly. They brought the tools necessary to break down and reassemble the furniture.They covered the stairs and protected the floors so they wouldnt be damaged. They also wrapped and secured furniture in a u haul trailer that was headed to Spokane. Not only would I highly recommend them, but I plan to call them again for any more furniture movement needs I have.

I have never bothered to write a review before. Todd and his crew went above and beyond! I needed to have a piano moved from Redmond to Port Orchard. We live in a rural part of Port Orchard and we have never had any large item be delivered smoothly; the drive is very steep and the delivery trucks can never make it up. Usually (despite extra delivery charges) it is a huge hassle and takes weeks (if not months) of extra time to get stuff here. When they got here, the truck was too large to get up the road. So Todd and Sebatian got out the all terrain dolly and pushed the piano 1/3 of a mile up a gravel road (uphill) to get to the house. They called frequently to update me. When they got here, the piano was set up exactly where I wanted it. These guys went above and beyond. On top of actually getting the job done, they were the nicest moving guys ever! If I ever need to have something moved again, Im calling him.

We had a fantastic experience working with Access on our last move. Todd and his crew were very efficient in loading our home up and setting us up in our new place. All of our furniture and personal things were handled with the utmost care. Todd gave us an estimate and managed to wrap up work quicker than he expected. His guys were very friendly and professional. They were very polite and made every effort to make sure every movement and action they took was getting me and my family one step closer to being in our new home. For is quick and efficient as they were, I have to say this is the first time I have ever used a mover and didn’t have a single item or piece of furniture damaged. These guys are consummate professionals and clearly understand how to take care of their customers. Access is the only moving company I will use in the future, and the only company I will recommend to friends and family.

We used them for a complete household move. Todd was very accommodating. He came by our house to assess our belongings and provide a quote. He said they could do whatever we wanted them to and quoted us times for various levels of work. Todd and Sebastian did the actual move and they worked really hard and were both super friendly. They didnt waste any time and packed the truck up very efficiently. They took good care of all of our stuff. Even our not-so-nice belongings were treated with the same care as our nice furniture. Everything arrived undamaged. Overall, I dont think anyone else would have done a better job. Moving everything you own can be hectic, but they made it a nearly stress-free process. They were super helpful and reliable and did everything they could to make the move as easy on us as possible. We would definitely use them again!

I needed to move my piano. My first thought was to round up some friends and go for it. Maybe you are in a similar situation. Fortunately, I came to my senses just in time and found "Access Gentle Moving" on line. Todd answered my call, and we worked out a deal in no time. Let me tell you, this was no straight shot as the piano needed to come down a set of stairs, and a steep driveway. My appointment day rolled around, and Todd and crew showed up ready to go to work. They had all the right gear and truck, and wrapped and secured my piano for transport. The piano is now in its new home in perfect condition. I am very thankful I chose to work with Todd and Sebastian. They are true professionals and delivered prompt, and quality service. Plus, they are nice guys and it was great to meet them. Color me one happy, satisfied customer.

Recently moved from Issaquah to Duvall. First quote from another company gave me sticker shock. Fortunately, Todds estimate came quickly thereafter, and was much more reasonable. Todds experience shows in how he estimated the move and worked with us to keep the costs down (e.g. packing & preparing the house, moving the smaller/high labor stuff ourselves). Todds actions shows his sincere caring for our welfare. He repeatedly found ways to make the move easier and less expensive for us. To top it off, Todd was simply a pleasure to work with. A very pleasant and caring person. Shows in his work. Experienced, caring, and focused upon meeting (& exceeding) our needs. What more could I ask of a mover. Thanks Todd!
