Short version. It was a very smooth moving experience delivered by this moving team. I would highly recommend their service. Pro: Friendly, professional, honest, very hardworking, cant say enough good Things. Con: A bit slow. Here is the Long version: My move team includes Royce, Jesse, Robert and another folk and two 30ft trucks. I had stuffs in three different locations, including two self storages(one roughly six miles away from apartment, and the other is cross street of the apartment), one garage and one two bedroom apartment unit. My destination is about 1 miles away from the apartment. My heavy items include one upright piano, one sectional sofa, one treadmill, three beds and one dining table. Initially, I thought a three man crew should be good enough, and I eventually opt for a four man crew. I am glad that I made that change. My moving appointment was set at 9am. At roughly 8:30am, Royce made a call to me and let me know they were on the way out from their warehouse. At 9am, he made another call to let me know that they would be late due to traffic. The move officially started at 9:35am (and they honest used that starting time in the final paperwork). It is well communicated over to me. The process was smooth. Two two-man crew with one 30ft truck each were starting at two different locations simultaneously. And the crew was in general very efficient. They haul my pre-packaged boxes into their dolley and moved to their truck very quickly. By 11:30 am, they already emptied all my stuff in the storage unit. They then moved to my second storage. Meanwhile, the other crew was moving my apartment. They handle my stuff very carefully. For instance, when moving my piano, they were very careful. They wrap my piano with blanket and then plastic wrapper. Then they slowly, but progressly moved it downstairs. At around 1:30pm, the two crews met up together at my apartment to finish all the remaining pieces. The crews took a half hour break for lunch, and then started to unload boxes to my new house. At around 5pm, they finished unloading everything. They literally worked eight and a half hours straight without stop. Very hardworking. To illustrate the amount of work they have done. At 5pm, my 3 car garage was piled with tons of boxes. Apartment from garage, I also have sofa, treadmill, beds on second floor, dining table and piano at main floor. It is nicely done. These crews are professional. They carefully put some temporary blankets on the hardwood floor to try the best to not step on it directly. They handled furnitures carefully and made sure nothing hit the dry wall, stairs etc. The crew are friendly. They want to impress the customer as much as possible. When they are done with the job, they will be happy to take off their shoes to step into the house. That shows a respective to me and my houses. The only thing that I am bit not 100% happy is that they seems to be slow. The two man crew who move my apartment spent about 4.5 hours to load things to one truck. Other than that, I do not think I have anything to complain. If I could do it again, I would do it slightly different. I would get more staff to pack up into boxes (I have many things in the loose package, such as plastic bags, and they still moved it for me). I would also ask them to bring some additional boxes, in case that I might run short of boxes later. I would ask them to load racks first to save one trip. I would want them to unload less frequently used items first, and more frequently used items later so I could get easy access to those more frequently used items. I would also print out the coupon from yelp first (Royce nicely still honor the coupon at the end). Bottom line: If you want someone to handle your valuable furniture and do not mind to pack/unpack yourself. I will still highly recommend them. They get things done nicely. I would use them again myself the next time.

I cant speak highly enough of this company!! I have had jobs that required my moving around three continents; and east and west, north and south in America. By far, this was the best move I have ever experienced. Jose, the lead of the team that performed the physical move, was beyond impressive. Some of my furniture required a little MacGyver skills to put in place at new home. Joses problem solving skills were methodically, deliberate, and performed in a such a mature manner that extended beyond him being in his early 20s. Mana, the lead for day of packing, exceeded the definition of politeness. He went out of his way to let me know when the team came across certain items they were not legally able to pack. He came upon two laptops in one room to pack. Rather than just pack them up, he took the time to ask me if I used them for work, and should be set aside. The rest of the team for my two day pack-up and move: Travis, Robert, and Scotty worked so hard, I asked them once if they had taken a break, yet. My move took close to 12 hours to complete both days. Jose and Travis were there for both days. Mana, Robert, and Scotty each for one day. Throughout both days I didnt hear one word of discourse from anyone. Most times my sense was that they enjoyed what they were doing. Given the physical labor intensiveness of the work that speaks volumes.

I am extremely pleased with the experience with All Service Moving - from the initial contact to the actual move! The booking, quoting and scheduling processes all went smoothly and everything well-coordinated. The front office team was professional, polite and prompt responding to my inquires. During the moving day, the crew (Jose, Ryder and Robert) arrived a few minutes earlier (they also called ahead to notify us). They planned their activities well, worked really hard and moved all items (boxes, furniture, mattresses, etc.) very efficiently. All non-boxed items were carefully wrapped and handled with care. They laid down runners to protect the flooring during the move. They brought all the supplies and equipment with them to ensure all moving scenarios would be covered. I can honestly say no single minute was wasted. The crew was also very friendly, accommodating and paid attention to details. We ended up moving everything in lesser amount of time than I originally anticipated (we need to pick up items from three separate locations). I am very impressed with them and I wish all service providers are as professional and easy-to-deal with as All Service Moving!

I needed to move a very heavy (500lbs) BBQ grill up 3 flights of stairs onto a patio roof. The size, shape and weight of the object made this very difficult. I called multiple moving companies for help, and was turned away by several based on description alone. All Service moving immediately accepted the job, and I suggested a crew of 4 people to be used to move the grill. Ryder, Mana, Dillan, and Cook arrived right on time, worked quickly, and had the grill, as well as a pile of accessories moved on to the roof in less than an hour with no damage to the house, grill or themselves. They were professional and courteous, I would use them on a larger move, or on another difficult move such as this one again in the future. Thanks guys!
