My interior designer hired these guys to deliver a bedroom set. They agreed on 2.5 hours of moving and labor. These guys showed up 1 hour and 15 minutes late and because of this did not have access to the moving elevator or the moving dock, so they hard to park down the road. They also brought their biggest truck instead of their small truck because the small one was out of service, complicating the parking issue. One of the employees stripped some of the hardware and so they had to run and get replacement hardware. It was one thing after another with these guys. They then sent my designer a bill for an extra hour worth of labor. She refused to pay it as that was not part of their contract, and the extra time they were there was because of their issues. The next week I received a letter in the mail stating that they were going to take me to small claims court. I called to ask Craig Elliott why he was suing me. He said it was because my designer was a (b)itch (which is not the case) and he wanted to go after her. I asked him why then he was going to sue me. He responded that because I am here in Seattle and and she is out of state so its easier and because I have money so the court will more likely rule in his favor(I kid you not) . These guys are horribly unprofessional. Do not use them. There are way better options out there.

Well TLC moving are currently parked in the middle of a city street a few blocks away from their headquarters, they have dropped a shipping container (also illegally in the city street blocking the north bound lane), and are busy shifting somebodys stuff from the box truck to the container in the rain. Since the street they are blocking happens to be the one I need semi trucks to enter to pick up goods for my business location I asked them about why they are working in the right of way. A guy jumped out and started arguing that a truck could go around the block and enter from the other direction, I think because I am female he was very condescending and aggressively saying "HOW IS YOUR BUILDING BLOCKED" , when I took the name of the company down he yelled good luck calling the company I AM THE OWNER. I thing they should consider a name change from TLC to K.M.A.

When I moved to Seattle from the UK, I located TLC Moving to receive my container shipment containing all my furniture and possessions. Everything went very well and they were able to offload and store everything in their warehouse. They stored nearly all of it for a year at a surprisingly reasonable cost while I searched for a permanent home. (not rental) They finally also delivered it all in a courteous, timely and careful manner. I would fully recommend this company and would certainly use them again for my next move. TLC crated and shipped two antique chests for me at a reasonable cost. They arrived in the same condition as when they were shipped. I highly recommend this firm.
