TL;DR Seriously great experience. Fast and about as friendly as you can get. My wife and i moved from one neighborhood to another in SF and managed to do the whole thing start to finish in 4 hours. That was due in part to the great advice and preparation they gave before the day of the move. But even though my wife and I were as prepared for the movers as possible, it wouldnt have mattered if the guys werent so hard working and efficient. By the end of the day we were all joking, having fun and congratulating ourselves on a smooth move. All our stuff made it across the city unscathed. Never happened before during a move! Four stars, 10/10. Would do again.

First, a spoiler: there is no giant man, and the truck looks pretty normal-sized to me. One Big Man & One Big Truck has done an excellent job on the two moves for which Ive hired them. They are quick, organized, and professional. None of my stuff was damaged in either move, despite some tight turns and staircases typical of SF homes. Theyre not the cheapest, but I think theyre worth the extra money.

I am SO glad we went with these guys--they were awesome. In the past weve always rented a U-Haul and added movers on both ends. But I just had a baby and didnt want to deal with the truck. The One Big Man/Truck crew was prompt, professional, and fast (and had a sense of humor, which I always appreciate on a moving day!) Highly recommended.

These guys were great. I needed to move on a tight timeframe and they were able to accommodate me. They moved all my stuff quickly and efficiently, and nothing got damaged (that Ive found so far). They also had no problem handling the steep hill that my new place is on. And their rate is very reasonable. Highly recommended!
