If I could do no stars I would!!!! We moved from Texas to Washington paid to much money one for the delivery and also paid there storage fees for 4 months!!! Well over $4000... we had a confirmed (several phone calls in to confirm) date of delivery in Washington 2 weeks ago well over there 7-10 day delivery! The "manager" called me and said they over booked the morning of and wouldnt be coming out for the delivery date. I called 1-800-Packrat and talked to a very nice gentleman that got it all fixed and the "manager called me back and confirmed they would be here between 3-5. Pick up was scheduled for the following Monday and now today Sunday they are calling to tell me they are coming to drop it off... mind you it was already dropped yesterday! The have no clue what they are doing and we will NEVER use Packrat again! Oh.... and 3 weeks ago they dropped off our friends who also just moved up here EMPTY!!!

Delivery of my full unit booked for yesterday. Phoned the day before to confirm, all good. Phoned in the late morning looking for an update - told it was booked for delivery and would be called 1 hr in advance. Was phoned at 3pm to be told it wasnt coming - no one knew why. Told it would be delivered today, couldnt say when. Phoned this morning for an update. Call center cant get depot to answer the phone. 1 hr later no call back, no information no confidence. No idea when or if its going to be delivered. Nice call center staff, but useless communications and terrible service. I get that things go wrong, but there seems to be no attempt to fix it.

My husband and I used Pack Rat for our moved from Phoenix, AZ to Belfair, WA. They worked with us on our arrival to Phoenix, and checked with us periodically to make sure everything was on-track. They picked up our unit when they said. He was very knowledgeable and assured us of the security and expected arrival in Belfair. One of the big pluses was that we put our own lock on the unit. Our unit arrived in Belfair also by an experienced person and was placed as requested. They also worked with us to pick up the empty container before our 30 days was up. Everything went as we were told and we were very happy with the entire experience.

When you call in, you wait a long time but everyone Is very nice. They say your pod will be dropped off or picked up on a specific date. Then you wait and wait and wait. When its getting dark and you suggest they come another day, they act as if you are not there. They tell you what it WILL be--you will wait until they get there whenever that is and then they quietly hang up on you.

This place and company is absolutely horrible to deal with!!!! Not only cant you get ahold of a live person but when you do they all give you different dollar Amounts, contradicting info on delivery and pickups and its been a nightmare!!!
