I moved from Colorado to Washington last year and PODS handled my move like a champ! First, I loaded up most of my belongings so I could stage my house to sell and had my container stored at the Denver warehouse. When I moved to Washington, I had to rent for a couple of months so I had the container shipped to their local warehouse up here. By the way, my container was available at each warehouse so I didnt have to worry about moving my things into a storage unit and back out again. PODS made everything super easy, were ALWAYS on time, and allowed me to push out my pick up date (several times) with no extra charge. To top it off, my belongings were delivered in great condition. From the salesperson on the phone to the delivery drivers, I couldnt be more pleased with the exceptional customer service I received from PODS. And, did I mention how cost effective they were? I paid the exact amount I negotiated. There were no added costs or surprises and PODS was much cheaper than any of the other options I looked at. I give them two thumbs way up and would use them again in a heartbeat. In fact, I probably wouldnt even look at other options because PODS was so easy schmeasy and my move was entirely hassle free.

Lousy communication. Truck supposedly broke down and left us sitting at felivery location from 0900 until 1600 with notification of the delay. Then they gave me a surprise charge of $259.00 to deliver to our storage unit. When make made this contract I asked about any additional fees associated with delivery and was told there was known. Needless to say either or both of the agents and drivers in the Bakersfield California or Seattle Washington offices for pods are liars and manipulate and randomly make changes to agreements while customers are left feeling like their goods are being held hostage. Dealing with PODS is almost worse than dealing with a cable company. I have two separate accounts with them and every time I call there is some hiccup. Its never a short, easy conversation. Theyve continually mixed up my information, not updated it when Ive called to do so, and cant even find one of my PODS! Luckily the pod is on my property and normally Id be stoked for a "free" item but this thing is huge, lol. Theyre pleasant enough but I wouldnt go through them again for my storage needs. Too much of a headache.

PODS was great to work with. We loaded the POD at our own pace. The POD was picked up as scheduled both times. The truck drivers were so friendly and kept us informed prior to their arrival. I would definitely use this service again for local and long distance moves. The customer service teams were extremely helpful especially when we had to change our final destination. Our entire PODS experience was excellent. We will definitely use this service again. Thank you to the entire PODS team.

PODS is the absolute best way to move your household goods around the country or across town. I experienced on time delivery and I was always able to reach someone at customer service. They were even able to adjust my bill to honor a military discount after charges were made. It is great if you dont mind loading and unloading yourself. I will be using PODS again.

We would highly recommend PODs. They met our schedule both on pick up and delivery. They were very helpful in recommending what we needed. Easy to load and all of your furnishings were in tact when the POD was delivered back.
