I used PODS for about 3 months to store my belongings while I was in the process of purchasing a home. I was impressed not only by the Podzilla and the whole system, but also by the timliness of the drivers. I was absolutely appreciative of the driver who delivered my POD once I purchased my home. He was friendly and accomodating for an 8 am delivery! The POD door was facing the wrong direction and he went above and beyond to make sure that the POD was conveniently placed in order for me to move out my belongings. He was GREAT! I He also happened to be the driver who came back a few days later to pick up the POD. Shout out to Luis!!! Youre the man!! Thanks PODS for the convenience, efficiency and value that you provided me! I will definitely use again and refer to anyone who is moving, in transition or just needs a storage facility. So much easier than any other alternative!

The PODS delivery guy was great, working with the corporate office on the delivery and pick up was an absolute joke. Was never able to speak with anyone who seemed to have a clue what was going on. They tried to deliver two pods to us, after saying we had never ordered the first one, tried to overcharge us multiple times, charged us for an entire month after the POD had been picked up. When we did go to pick up the POD they said we never called in advance to let them know. It was such a time consuming, long drawn out horrible experience I would highly recommend finding another way to move items. I would never use this company again. The one star is for the guy who picked up the POD, he was very friendly and efficient.

We were doing house renovations including refinishing hardwood floors. We needed to move everything out of the rooms that were being redone which meant a lot of big furniture had to go somewhere for a week. The PODS was a perfect solution. Since you rent one for a month, it allowed us to use it over 4 weeks which meant we could move all the small things a few things at a time. It was perfect because it also meant that we could move it all back at our own pace as well. It was SO much easier than the last time we refinished floors and tried to put all the stuff in the garage. Ill definitely use PODS if and when we ever move.

I rented two pods to pack my belongings into, store for two months and deliver to my new address. Both transactions went without a hitch. My driver Randy was in contact with me for drop off and pick ups. I also used the website to schedule the pods and pay on my account. They did not over charge me and gave me a great deal for having pods for three months total. I would definetly use pods again! Great Idea

I will never use PODS again! Half of our stuff, that was packed well, was broken or damaged due to roughness of movers. We are new to CA & within hours of our POD arriving to our new home, that no one knew about, it was broken into, all our stuff drug out & lots of expensive valuables stolen & the rest of our stuff left in the rain! No doubt this was an inside job of the employees & their friends!!

I could not have done my complicated move without PODS. They were true to their word and I had access to my POD with 24-hour notice and they stored it as long as it took to find my new home. Deliveries and pickups were always on time. The crew from Helping Hand was fantastic and assembled furniture, hung paintings and did not leave until everything I could not do for myself was done.

I used PODs to move. I had two PODs. They brought them when arranged, they picked them up when arranged. I needed to move dates a couple of times, they took care of it without a hitch. The drivers were very professional and very nice. I would highly recommend the POD services.
