The idea of moving an entire 3 bedroom house when you have two kids is incredibly daunting. Add in needing storage and a piano mover and it becomes overwhelming in a heartbeat. After calling multiple moving companies and each one saying they could do one of the three things I needed done I finally called Crown Moving. They said of course they could pack my entire house, they have their own storage facility that they could store everything in until we were ready to move into our new home and they even move pianos! It was so amazing to not have to try to coordinate multiple people to do this one job. I was completely impressed by the level of service and the professionalism of their movers. I am so grateful I went with them and highly recommend them to anyone.

I had a WONDERFUL experience with this moving company. The movers were on time and very efficient. They were able to move our stuff in (we had a huge truck full) and treat every box and piece of furniture with great care. They had everything nicely wrapped, covered and secured while being moved in the truck. They even offered to help us put things together, like our dining room table. They didnt track anything in the house, they setup a cool path with flat cardboard to protect our floors. I would HIGHLY recommend Crown Moving Company!!! I will definitely continue to use them in the future, hands down.

Simply a disastrous experience. Worst moving crew I have ever dealt with. Crew of 5 for furniture-only move across town took 12 hours! Two separate estimates came in under 8hrs based on industry norms. Damage to walls, floors, and leaked oil on the driveway which they failed to clean up properly. Charged us overtime for their slothfulness and thus far has refused to acknowledge their responsibility in the matter. Their sales folks talk a good game, but when problems arise, they thus far have refused to acknowledge or do anything about it.

We hired Crown Moving to move our business and our office manager is raving to everyone about it being a stress-free experience. Their entire team worked well together and seemed to be in sync, i.e., each person knew their task, how to do it and worked efficiently to get it done. Everyone had an upbeat and positive attitude! They were professional, experienced and also worked fast.

I took off work early to meet the estimator...had confirmation on Monday that he would show up at 5p.m. on Wednesday...This is Thursday and he didnt even call or text us to say he was late or not coming....Obviously, when that happens, you have no confidence in their showing up to move us... Have bypassed this company and chosen one that showed up and had a good estimate and reviews.

The moving team and coordinator Jam were great. Jan kept me informed throughout the move and checked in periodically. The surveyer / estimator was horrible. He did not include many big items, list things that needed to be packed by the movers, he UNDER estimated our weight by 3000 plus pounds, despite my being completely open and clear about what was being moved.

My move coordinator was great to work with in terms of setting up the dates and keeping me informed with regard to next steps. I only had about 1/4 of a 53 truck, and they did an excellent job on the loading. Delivery was on time, and handled professionally and efficiently.
