I submitted an online quote request. Waited about a week or so - maybe less. Finally called and was transferred to someone (three different people), who took down information. It sounded like they were going to charge for every step everyone took so I was a little concerned about what the bid was going to come out as. Was promised a quote within minutes but the person had to do something and I waited for the email to come. Its been at least five days. I just called and said that I was disappointed and rather than suggest to fix the problem and rectify the situation, "give me your name so that they dont contact you." Sounds like they did not want my business. Needless to say, I was disappointed. I am pretty stuck now and unsure of what to do to get my office moved but itll get done..

I need to take a moment to recognize Brian and Lyle for a fantastic job with my move. Both movers were courteous, polite, personable, fast and efficient. They asked me lots of questions and did everything in their powers to make sure that my experience was as perfect as can be. Hanson Bros. helped moved my things to LA. Everything was loaded into large wooden containers. While at their facility my items were repacked by them, I was not informed that this would happen. During this time several items were taken. DONT TRUST THEM. They stole my property and will not accept any responsibility. You have been warned.

We received excellent care, advice and service during our move. After 28 years in our house we didnt really know how to move. Paula was kind, friendly and helpful. Alex, Tyler and Sam were very courteous and helpful. They made the move go smoothly. I would definitely recommend Hansen Bros. for anyone having to move.
