I am disgusted in the manner this business handles their grieving customers. It sickens me they have no compassion and are completely careless. Our family has had to jump through numerous hoops and been given the run around. I am sick to my stomach by how disorganized this business is ran. Wheres the sympathy?! If any business needs to have customer service skills, it is a funeral home!

Sad to see my family deal with such stress and have their mothers death sting harder because Mt. View doesnt have their act together. Mom passed away December 7 and they are still dealing with this place! When can they start to heel!!??

They are great at the logistics side of their job but lack compassion. When I went for my brothers viewing, I was treated with such disrespect. To have to deal with that in a time of mourning....need I say more.
