An associate who is in this business recommended Crown Memorial when a close friend died and the family was unable to deal with the details. They quickly returned all calls I made relating to what the family wanted. Crowns quote for cremation was very fair. The family asked that the body be picked up at 11 pm, and at a few minutes before 11, two professionally dressed, clean-cut young men knocked at the door. They were respectful and kind toward the family and toward the body. I was so impressed I plan to ask my family to use them at my death.

First, I was not happy with the they treated me during my fathers cremation, so I looked up Crown on the internet and saw they were a focal point of a FBI investigation plus a couple of large lawsuits concerning how unprofessional Crown treated the remains. This was gut wrenching realization for me after letting them deal with my father.
