Nightmare Alert!!! Well where do i start. 20 years ago at the age of 65 my mother-in-law bought a cremation package from Sunnyside little chapel of the chimes. It cost 3800.00 plus 11% interest total after 5 years over 5000 dollars . As the contract states she ordered a cremation earn, 2x2 cement coffin, and 2 x 2 reserved space in the garden. and was so proud twenty years ago when she walked my wife through the rose garden and told her that her burial wouldnt burden anyone. And that her memorial would be in the chapel and obituary taken care of. But at Sunnyside little chapel of the chimes they believe in charging but not coming through on their promises. Since the witness is gone and the contract was so vague they try to charge the family for the memorial in the chapel , the obituary, and cremation fees. Wow ! Yeah thats right charge for an earn and no way to put the ashes in. Hmmm... Is this where you want your resting place to be? hmmm

Sadly this is my second service to have to do within a 3 month time. I dealt with a wonderful young man named Will in both incidents, he took my family and me under his wing and guided us to give both my uncle in August and my Mother in November, a wonderful service by providing detailed information and guidance on what was appropriate in honoring both beloved family members. I have no doubt I will be using them again as my older generation is at a very vulnerable state in their lives. The prices were very reasonable when I compared to other funeral homes.
