I have rented here a few times in past 10 years because they had best rates around, people are nice and its gated.. They have been bought out, got a notice in mail today that they are raising my rate from $85 to $149 in july.. Crazy, I will be relocating

This facility has the best prices in town, they are friendly, and owned by a local Monroe family which is rare these days. I would much rather give my money locally than to a big business in another city. I highly recommend them.

Bought out by new company and rates on my unit went up $74 a month. Completely ridiculous! Ill be relocating. New manager is SO rude!

West Coast something or another bought them out and jacked the prices up and was pretty rude on the phone....steer clear.
