These folks have been a pleasure to have work on my Subaru. I usually go to the Subaru dealer but they were quoting me 1200 and change to get my headers or head gasketts (I dont know much about cars) fixed. I went to D & W and they said my gasketts were fine and didnt recommend changing them out at this time and would have done it for considerably cheaper. Thats the second time they saved me money dealing with them. Im headed there in a couple of days to get my wiring on my trailer fixed. They also took my wife back on one occasion to show her the issues the car was having which I thought was kinda nice (honest). Dee

I made a appointment to have a tune up done and dropped off the car. It took 3 or 4 days for no reason. When my wife went to pick it up, they said they installed the wrong spark plug and had to put the correct ones in. The correct plugs were on the shelf, this was how they realized the mistake was made. My wife had to wait 45 min to fix it. Not impressed by the lack of detail and failure to provide first time quality in a timely fashion. I was so mad that I traded the car in and got a brand new one because I didnt trust the workmanship. Im not going to have my kids in a car I dont trust.

This is literally the best auto repair shop ever, they fixed my sunroof on my 1999 jaguar xj8, why is that great? Well one it is a foreign car, two sunroof repair isnt really a specialty of any repair stores, note that I went to multiple ones including big name brand ones like Midas, which told me they couldnt do it, and last but not least they didnt charge me a dime,whole process took about 20mins max and they were incredibly nice to me. Ill be returning here for all of my automotive needs

It took them a week to figure out that my car didnt have an air filter, and they kept my car over a long weekend with out calling to tell me. I am appreciative that the issue was resolved but staying in touch with me would have been nice. They didnt call me one time, not even to let me know that they couldnt find something wrong. Funny how they found something wrong with it after I come to pick it up. Like I said at least its resolved .
