I know. It seems those terms are an oxymoron. But Ive been bringing my cars in there for about 15 years. In that time Ive been told "no you dont need that" at least 3 times. Ive had them refer me to my dealer cause my catalytic converter was still under warranty for another 1500 miles. And Ive yes even had them repair things. Ive never had to have them repair the same thing twice. They arent cheap, but they arent dealer prices either. Even my old church used to send people here to get an honest fair repair for the people in need who they would help out. (And no, I dont think there is any other connection.)

I have a friend who had been using these guys for all his cars for years. Well last week they had their sons Jeep there to get some serves done and the employees at closing left the Jeep unlocked with the keys in the Jeep and it got stolen. It was found by the police with some damage and to make things worst $800.00 dollars worth of personal items were stolen. The owner of Albers Auto Repair is not taking any responsibility for it and well not cover any of the damage or items stolen. So make sure you get it in writing if they have your car and leave the keys in it that they are responsible for it.

These guys are professional and know what they are doing. Fantastic customer service and very thorough. I will never use another mechanic. They are closed on Saturday and Sunday so if you have any problems I suggest taking your car in the middle of the week but other an that they have been fantastic.
