The guy at the counter started the upsell right from the start. I was suspicious that this was a corporate place. It seemed as if the only thing I needed was a radiator hose and they "needed"to do a pressure test without even looking under the hood. The radiator then was "ruptured" (Later I found out it leaked under their "pressure test at the top seam - not where the leak had been!) -and I agreed to let them replace the radiator. The 1 day later the truck was spewing radiator fluid. I took it back and the guy behind the counter was absolutely full of venom. No, I"m sorry, lets check it." Seemed to just sneer at me and blame me. I said I wanted to get in and out quickly as I hadnt had anything to eat. He snidely said "Do you want my sandwiches? out of his paper bag with an attitude. He was making zero effort. He says "I havent eaten either". Maybe these guys should eat something. They came back with it was a leak in the water pump. The brother said that it was "highly unlikely" two major things went wrong at the same time, the first guy was "sorry" gleefully and bitterly that my truck was such a bad vehicle. My experience is that auto mechanic experiences like this come from incompetence or being pushed for a quota(Like J-Lube), or dishonesty about what was needed in the first place. Take your pick. Customers are NOT their main concern (Seems to be they are concerned about their own convenience and image) and I wished I could have gone somewhere else originally but was stuck with an undriveable truck. It was good enough to drive away but still leaking in the end. Next time I will just get it towed to somewhere they care and have a hint of competence. I had them give me the radiator they replaced and will admit if after the shop I use actually fixes what is wrong says both things were wrong. Unfortunately I am likely out $600 and another day down without a vehicle.

I called last week to get a quote on replacing my timing belt and the guy I spoke to recommend to have it checked first. He said there would be no cost to check it and if it needed replaced it would run 433 for the whole kit. I called back today to set up an appointment and fortunately I asked this guy for a quote as well. This guy said it would be almost 200 to check it and up to 800 to replace it. When I asked why I was told something different he said, the guy probably didnt know what he was talking about or he miss understood what belt I was talking about. I specifically said timing belt because I had been calling around to several shops asking the same questions. So this shop admittedly has guys working there that dont know what theyre doing. I will definitely never go there or recommend them.

I went to the one in Minnehaha to have 2 front struts replaced on 4/25/16. The manager, after the multi point inspection and $1000 in repairs, tried to sell me an oil change within one week of the oil being done. He said since there was no sticker in the window, he figured it needed to be done. They never checked my oil! Today, 7/1/16 I took the car in because the struts sound like a wooden ship cracking. Also, the boots for the struts have come undone. I went in for my appointment this morning, and the same manager said he would get his technician to test drive with me. The Technician came out and as I began to tell him about my experience, he put the keys in my face and, with an attitude, said "You Drive." Thats when I decided I am done dealing with them.

Needed to get new brakes. Took it in for the free inspection. Took a while (about 2.5 hours). That wasnt a huge deal, but after all was said and done they wanted $717 for the entire job which included front and rear brakes, four new rotors, and a brake fluid flush. They said it would take 5-6 hours. Called sears at the mall, told them everything i wanted and they said about $430 and 2-3 hours to complete. That is a ridiculously big price and labor time difference (sears offered the same parts honest 1 offered me). I ended finding a friend who just opened a shop (worked on cars his whole life). Rear rotors were still fine he said, still like brand new. So basically selling me stuff I didnt need, and overcharging is my experience with them.

Came here for the first and only time after buying their best car plan on Groupon. The man at the counter rudely informed me I would have to wait for a paper in the mail even though I had already paid 60$ online and called prior that morning to ask about it. Thank god I was able to cancel that Groupon purchase. The service was horrible and then today just a few weeks later I was getting an alignment on my car somewhere else and they informed me I need an oil change. I have less than 800 miles on the oil change they did. They held my car for over 3 hours and never even changed my oil. Horrible service and dishonest work. Would put 0 stars if I could. Take your business elsewhere!

They tried to sell me calipers for 1600 after I went in and got a full break job front and back a few months earlier. There was a squealing noise coming from the front and when I took it to meineke they said the calipers were completely fine but would have to redo the entire break job honest one did because they used low standard break pads. They also just use the anti noise goo on the pads instead of using good pads. Not to mention that 2 of the 3 times I have come here they ordered the wrong parts for my car and kept me waiting additional hours.

I came in without an appointment and they were able to take me in. I dropped my vehicle off for a pre-trip inspection and brake inspection, as I was going to Tacoma the following day. Good things too, as my rear brakes were out of adjustment quite a bit. That explained the delay in my braking. I was also able to get my transmission serviced too. My trip went well and it was nice to not have worries when driving. Thank you Charlie, Jeff and all at the shop. I will be back.

I recently purchased a oil change punch card from a guy at my door. I normally am skeptical about door to door sales but figured I would try the new shop after looking at the reviews for the other shop on Mill Plain. I was treated very nicely and they courteous and professional. Great value and service!
