Jake the snake kept lying through his methampheta-teeth. A rude dude who should be at rehab instead of working at Meineke. I went in to Meineke cause my front passenger brake was squeaking. I also had an ABS light that just came on. After inspection, Jake determined it was my hub assembly. I asked if that was why my ABS light came on. He said they havent scanned it yet even though I watched the other technician scan it about five minutes prior. (Lie #1) He then looked up the price for my hub assembly and told me "$500 bucks for just the part" Lmfao! What an usually even number. A two minute Google search found ten different websites that had them from $60-$100 dollars. So I politely mentioned how much cheaper they were elsewhere and asked if I bought my own if hed install it. He cleary got very agitated and said "is the part here?" I said "no, but shipping and handling is less then $400." Then he said "You wouldnt bring a steak to the Outback and ask them to cook it, would you?" To which I replied "if they charged over $300 dollars to use their steak I would." Long story short, Jake lied through his methampheta-teeth multiple times. He just makes up prices off the top of his head. He also said he cant get them for less than $400. (Lie #2) I drove just one mile north on 82nd to Oreallys. They sell them for $189.00, retail. Really Jake?? Say no to drugs, and dont support Jakes habit, stay far away from Meineke. For all the ladies and inexperienced car people, use your smart phone to make a smart decision.

Brought my car here this morning for a AC problem, about 2 hours after dropped off the car, they called me and told me that everything are OK with the system, only needed Freon. The cost for the Freon recharge is $75 so Im OK with this, and about an hour later they called and let me know my car is done. I was at work so I came 3 hours later; paid for it, get in the car turned on AC and no cold air!!! I let the car ran for 15 min and still no cold air. Came inside talked to the manager and he took the car back in, checked out and showed me the compressor is leaking, the cost to replace the thing is almost $1000.00; I told him I dont want to do it and want my money back since I have not yet leave the shop and havent seen my AC working. He told me he will recharge the Freon to show me its works then take it back out. I argued that he should leave the Freon charged up so I know that the AC actual working or issue a refund because he/ they misdiagnosed (or do they even look?). Now Im out $75 for nothing, if the compressor leak this bad they should see it and should let me know the cost of replacing it. I always have my car services at the dealerships, and should have brought the car to the dearer instead of this place. If I could leave a 0 star for the service I would.

I live in downtown Vancouver but I will drive all the way to this Meineke to get my car worked on! It was an awesome experience. They fixed up my car and always kept me informed as to what they were doing and when I could expect it. They stayed open almost 2 hours later to make sure my car was running perfect after my major engine repairs. I felt as though an older brother was carefully repairing my car with my safety and pocket book in mind! As a female their honesty, integrity and straight shooting was invaluable to me. I know my repair would have been very expensive anywhere but these guys fixed the most stuff for the lowest quote so I actually felt really good about paying them so much. I will send all my friends to this place!

The customer service quality is very bad. I dropped my car for a tire replacement, strut and springs yesterday morning and my car is still not done. I gave them my car in the morning and they only put it on ramp 3-4 hours after I dropped it. They said to come back the next day in the morning and the car will be ready. I drove there to pick up the car thinking the car is done. When I got there my tires werent changed, the car was apart and no work done nor I received any phone call from them. They didnt even bother to call me . They made me drive all the way there and left me with no car or transportation to work. My advice, dont go there , but again up to you how you spend your money.

Hello My mother scheduled her appointment for a saturday, she had brought her vehicle in for a simple oil change. It took 2hrs to complete. I couldnt imagine my mother sitting there for another 2hr waiting for her tires to be aligned, like she almost did. I had to call and cancel the alignment when she told me it wouldnt be ready till 5pm and the cost would be $117 for all the work. Need to say, I wasnt happy. I feel their communication could have been much better. Jay,at the counter; Had given her the oil change for free. For that my mother is greatful. I thank you as well.

I came here for an oil change today. I was in and out with in an hour. Tom and the technicians have outstanding customer service, and are very friendly and knowledgeable. I would suggest to leave the kiddos at home if youre needing services done where you would wait in the office, as its small and not very kid friendly. I feel that this location should be at the top of the list for a remodel/office addition. The interior should exemplify the quality of the employees, and at this point it does not. Great employees deserve a great workplace! Make it happen Meineke!

Been taking my cars here for over ten years.Never thought Id take my car to a chain repair shop, but this place is different.Really feels like your trusty neighborhood shop to me.Long story short, theyve kept my 96 Outback on the road still strong, never pushed any unneccesary repairs and even bring me out to my vehicle to show me whats wrong.Main reason I keep taking my car back there is the man Rich.Goes out of his way and always straight up.Most of the rest of the guys are great too.Eric and Tom have always taken good care of me.

These guys are incredible. Weve been bringing our vehicles here for the past 8 years and are always impressed. In the past I dreaded going to the repair shop, skeptical about any services offered and expecting to be disappointed. Not with Eric and his crew, its refreshing knowing that whatever the prognosis that they will complete the work the correct way and at a reasonable price. Oil changes to engine swaps, they are simply the best.

I have been a customer of the Happy Valley store for years. Making it my go to repair shop for any of my car problems. The shop guys are great and always give me the best advice for my doller. Today that changed. With a new Manager I learned that the customer sevice was less then desirable! Over charged for a tire rotation and to tell me my car needed No repairs. Unfriendly and out for a buck was the customer service we received today!
