Im a retired automotive engineer & was an apprentice mechanic 50 years ago. I stopped in because I noticed Daves parking lot was ALWAYS crammed. He was on the phone & while I waited, I heard him talk a customer out of spending money with him. I needed help a few weeks later with a blown Toyota V6 head gasket & Dave spent 10 minutes explaining the steps he takes to prevent a recurrence. I found his reasoning very convincing & had him do the work. A few weeks later I had a small leak in the FI system & he insisted on fixing it- said (correctly) that it could cause a fire. Said he was almost certain it was unrelated to his earlier work, but offered to split the cost with me. FWIW, I think Dave is smart, thoughtful, caring, experienced & honest- nice to find in a trade thats rife with ignorance and rip-off artists. I think his prices are reasonable & that you actually get what you pay for. Now if we can just make sure he lives forever & doesnt get a swelled head.

Drove up to the shop, walked over to the office and Dave promptly asked how he could help. I explained that my turn signal wasnt working and asked if they could take a look at it. He seemed to be in the middle of something, but walked over to my car right away and started tinkering with the tail light. He goes back to the shop for a minute and comes back with a bulb to replace the one I just bought from an auto parts store that didnt work when I put it in. Voila! My problem was solved just like that! He could have easily charged me for labor and parts, but simply told me to spread the word, and I told him I would be happy to. I heard about him through a friend, and Ill be sure to tell anybody I know to take their cars to Dave for any repair needs.

This repair shop is the best one I have ever been to! Being the uneducated person with cars that I am, shops are always trying to get what little money I have by finding problems with my car and pressuring me to think its unsafe. Dave was the exact opposite as he helped me to clearly understand the problems with my car and how much it was going to cost for him to fix it. Excellent prices and he doesnt blow anything out of proportion. Another thing that makes him different from the rest is the fact that he honestly cares about your well-being! He understood my situation and went beyond measures to offer wonderful service. A great place with a great guy with a great heart. I would recommend anyone to come here!

I came here base on a referral from an auto body shop in town that I highly regard. Dave and his crew have done exceptional work for us at a very cost effective rate. I would highly recommend Service now for any of your auto repairs, and specifically for those issues which may be expensive or challenging to debug. Their pricing is far lower than dealers or large brand automotive repair companies in town, and their expertise and quality is as good or better than any Ive used in the past. I had intermittent electrical problems, water and oil leaks, brake problems, and a variety of normal repairs performed by Service Now, and Ive never had a bad result.

We had a great experience with Dave. I found him online and based on google reviews I set up an appointment to do a pre-purchase inspection on a used vehicle. He met with the owner and after the inspection called me personally to discuss it. His approach was extremely professional and I truly believe that while the car owner was paying the bill he was going to give an honest opinion on the condition of the car. I would fully trust any car with Dave and after this experience hes won a customer for life. But, it may be a while since said the car was in perfect condition and he wholeheartedly approved the purchase. Thank you Dave!!

Ive taken my car there twice and now I wont go anywhere else. Their service was quick and they only charged me for what they needed to. I wasnt talked into having anything else fixed and was even given tips for working with other auto repair shops. These guys are great! Try them out! As the other person wrote- they are VERY busy but I think the "too many cars" means a lot of people want Service Now to work on their car. They fixed my car quickly.

I have taken my car here and it sat for almost a month before they could look at it. Finally when it was fixed it was a minor issue but cost me alot of money for them to diagnos the problem and when leaving the car lot the steering wheel cover fell off which the mechanic forgot to screw and it was filthy dirty of grime all over. I would not recommend going here as they have too many cars and not enough mechanics or space.
