I first went to Hi - Tech Auto Services to have my brakes and rotors replaces. They gave me a fair price. A few weeks after I had my brakes done I noticed that my Audi engine symbol was missing. They said it wasnt them and that it could have fallen off, but I hadnt taken it anywhere and gave them the benefit of a doubt. A few months ago my chain skipped causing the pistons to go into the valves. They said I needed a new engine. I requested getting a used one from a totaled car. They supposedly purchased a used one (still not sure if its a different engine or not). I asked if the new engine came with a Audi engine symbol and they again told me no (what a coincidence, yeah right). I also, asked them to fix the ABS module while the car was there, because I only have one car and dont have a lot of time to be without my car. They said they couldnt find an ABS module and wouldnt be able to fix it. Researching Ive found several places that take in and repair ABS modules and places that sell them. When first receiving the car back after paying $7,000 and waiting a month for the engine replacement I noticed issues. I immediately noticed that the A/C wasnt working they fixed that (something wasnt reconnected). After a few weeks I tried to use the horn and notice its pitch was extremely low like a bike horn. After about a month my cars low oil light came on (very weird since the engine just got replaced and it should have been full of oil). I went to put oil in it and the hood wouldnt stay up. This time I texted David and told him about the horn, hood and low oil. He told me quote "Sounds like the hood struts are weak. Sounds like a bad horn." Never asking to fix the issues and said nothing about the low oil. I am very disappointed in their quality of service, moral boundaries and integrity. After spending over $8,000 at this place I feel sick, used and taken advantage of. Please take this into consideration before using them as your tech.

I purchased a used car from Hi-Tech Auto Repair on Saturday, and was so excited. They promised me several times during the purchase that EVERYTHING has been looked over and this vehicle was very safe. Though it was a little much for a 2001 Honda Civic, they assured me it was in great working order. Now its the very next Monday and Im sitting on the side of the road, in that new Civic I was so excited about. They sold me a lemon, lied to my face and bragged about their five-star rating. I deliver products for work and this is incredibly inconvienent. I was out for work when it happened. I attempted to call to make an appointment immediately. Though they were closed according to their listed Google hours, the phone was answered. I was momentarily relieved! I explained my situation quickly because Im feeling distressed as Im still on the side of the road with work to be delivered. The person on the phone never said their name, never asked if I was safe. Instead, they said they were leaving for the day and I needed to call David in the morning. I need this car for work, I tried to explain Id have the car towed the shop, and they said theyd leave David a note and hung up without a goodbye. I hope that all the car needs is a transmission flush, which is what my internet sluething has diagnosed the problem as, but my trust is severely shaken and I wouldnt be surprised if there are deeper issues. 0/5 if I could.

Extremely pleased I happened upon this shop. Their quotes were consistently 5 to 10 percent lower than others. I say "were" since, after shopping around for different jobs for a year or so, I now trust them enough to simply take my vehicles there straight away. However, for me comparative price is only a secondary consideration, my satisfaction is due mainly to their track record; not once have I had them call me with "add-ons"; nor have I ever had to take a car back in for the same problem, or, and this is HUGE, Ive never had to take the car back in because of new problem/s "coincidentally" popping up within a day or two of service. (I wont name names, but a this sort of thing happened 4 or 5 times with a certain dealerships service department. With the help of a friend, a professional auto mechanic, I actually set them up and caught their "sabotage" red handed.) Anywhosits, service, price and honesty; Im sold on this place.

Would not purchase a vehicle from them. I purchased a jeep there a few months back and recently the radatior started leaking. Upon my boyfriend taking the front end apart to replace the radiator, he discovered the vehicle had obviously been wrecked. (No accidents reported on carfax so I guess they didnt have to tell me about it.) Severe damage, broken, dented and cracked parts being held together by screws. Head lights being held in with screws...a mess in there!! Wish I could attach pictures. I feel as though I have been ripped off considering the high price I paid for this vehicle and am extremely disappointed. I thought the owner and manager were very helpful, kind and honest. Now that is ruined and I will not go back there or recommend them to anyone.

I was first recommended to Hi-Tech (David) 4years ago by a former colleague and right from my first day, my experience has been amazing till date. I get treated not just as a customer but as a brother (and we are from different countries lol). I get professional consultations even when not in there area of specialty, I still get a listening ear and they try whatever they can within there reach to search for a solution for me. There price and services are great. I recommend anyone/everyone to Hi-Tech any day and anytime...

As far as I am concerned, these guys are the best-of-the-best when it comes to anything auto related. I went to school with David Le (the manager) and I can personally attest to his character. Hes an honest, straight forward, and no bullshit kind of guy. He wont lie to you or mislead you like some mechanics. I recently bought a used car from them and the entire experience was nothing short of amazing. Whether youre looking to have your car repaired, or looking to buy a used car, this is the place to go!
